“Simple But Nice!”
If you're looking for a good nights rest without all the frills, this is the place. Good beds, clean, well maintained air conditioners. I am a very particular person when it comes to basic comforts - clean air, good bed, good shower. This place had it all.
“good hotel for the price”
Everything was clean and ready check in and out was very quick and smooth. Good hotel in good location for the money. We will stay again when we come up to visit our family in Hendersonville. Plenty of room in the hotel room to set up our pack and play for our 3 month old.
“clean and comfortable”
overall good
“Good Stay”
Stayed one night, with no complaints!
“Days in Hendersonville NC”
Our check in was very smooth and fast. Room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we expected. Didn't partake of the continental breakfast so can't comment on that. Within walking distance of great shopping and lots of food places. We were very pleased.
“Fine, comfortable stay”
Very comfortable. Nice staff. Fridge and microwave.
“Good for the price”
This is your basic hotel. No fancy bells or whistles. But decent for the price we pay. The star rating is accurate. We have stayed here before and it is always quiet, clean beds, clean bathrooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Several places to eat in the area.
“About what we expected from a Day's Inn.”
Conveniently located right off of I-26, this Day's Inn is fairly modern and well-maintained. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and laid back. The free internet was fast--we got a 54Mbps connection wirelessly in our room. The continental breakfast was OK: cereal, milk, coffee, bagels, donuts, waffles, OJ and fruit. It's served from 6-10 AM, which is good for late risers like us. The coffee was barely drinkable... the gas station next door served a better brew. It said "Folgers", but we drink Folgers at home at don't know how they made it taste so bad! It might have been that we got coffee at 9:30 AM that had been brewed at 5:30 AM... not sure. The only really bad part were the beds. Totally uncomfortable and unsupportive (especially for those with bad backs) and they shook like crazy if one person moved at all. That could just have been a really old mattress in my room; we have no way of knowing what the other beds were like. Free HBO is always a plus, especially since we don't have HBO at home. The TV was older, but still had RCA inputs on the back so we could hook up our video iPod to it and watch some videos we'd brought with us. Good water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Overall, about what we expected from a Day's Inn. If only the beds were more comfortable!
“Was fine for one night stay”
The hotel was fine for a short overnight trip. It is clearly an older hotel and they have done a decent job keeping it up. The only thing that didn't work was the coffee maker. The room was mostly clean although the carpet was pretty old so it was a bit dirty. Bathroom was fine and fridge and microwave was clean. I wouldn't be against staying again although I most likely would pay a little more to stay at a bit nicer hotel. By the way, I didn't try the breakfast since the Krispy Kreme was right across the street.
“Check in was easy and no wait, will return”
Motel was easy to get to and near all the restruants we like and near the nursing home where we visit our mother
