“Clean and convenient”

The facilities were more than adequate, the location is good, next to the Biltmore Estate and across from Biltmore Village, minutes from downtown. The staff were pleasant and friendly; they even went out of their way delivering messages and faxes from home. The best part is that you get a delicious fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie when you register. The lobby smells like cookies.

“A really great experiance”

the Biltmore was a great experance for us to staay at. The room was in excellant condition upon arrival. The pool and exercise room was very clean and fun. The vouchers that you recieve for breakfast was a great way to start pur day. The food was delicious and you could order ankind of omlet that you could think of. We liked staying there so much that we stayed there on our way back home from our trip.

“Biltmore Visit”

You can't find a hotel closer to the Biltmore Estate, unless you actually stay there (and pay twice as much). The employees were very accommodating and having a TGIFriday's attached to the hotel made dinner very easy. I'll be staying at here next time I visit the estate.

“We hope to go back soon!”

My husband and I recently stayed at the Doubletree for our aniversary and visited the Biltomore Estate. The room was awesome! Lots of room, a huge bed, a sofa, and a fuctional desk for those that are on a business trip. The pool and hot tub was great! (Salt water pool) Everyone at the front desk was courtious and friendly. Anyone traveling to Asheville should visit the Biltomore Estate and Winery. I have only 2 complaints : the bathroom was a little smaller than expected and the pillows are uncomfortable. So, I would suggest bringing your on from home. We had a great time in Asheville and will certainly go back to the Doubletree.

“Excellent location for Biltmore visitors; clean rooms, friendly staff”

Room was very clean (critically important to me) and it was located just up the street from the Biltmore Estate entrace. The shops of Biltmore Village are just across the street and were lovely. Only one minor complaint. The hotel says no pets allowed and one night I heard a small dog barking for about an hour. But otherwise, I would highly recommend, especially if Biltmore Estate is your destination.

“good location”

hotel is very centrally located. It is within three blocks of downtown historic section. area is heavily trafficed so though area is close walking across thr main street in front of hotel may not be good idea. Corner kitchen is a great place for breakfast. Also the main attraction, the belmont estate(sixty dollar entry fee) is quarter mile from hotel. The larger town of ashville is a left out of the hotel and a drive about a half mile. Hotel also has a texas roadhouse restaurant across the street, and has a appleby type restaurant itself. Ashville center has a number of good vegetarian restaurants.
