Nice hotel convenient to the town of Hendersonvill

The property and room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Usually very good but not this time

I stay at this hampton inn a bit and its usually good. This time i felt they gave me a fair room smelled very damp and had a handicap shower so only a handshower option. And the tvs were down due to some upgrade. I was just not pleased and not up to hampton inn standards. And also found out they will not honor hilton rewards if booked through expedia.

Friendly staff, needs a few touches

Pros: Staff, location good.
Location: Close to downtown hendersonville, cute town and lots of nice shopping and restaurants
Staff friendly, cracks in sink in bathroom. Beds not too comfy, feel the springs. smelled a little like smoke in the room

Friendly staff needed

Pros: close to family. Clean. Nicely decorated.
Cons: Front desk staff!
I have stayed here several times. Each time the down fall is front desk staff. They just don't have the friendly smiling demeanor of Hilton brand.

Nice Hotel

Pros: The breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel.
Cons: The exercise room was to hot to be able to stay in there for any length of time.
Location: Recommend going to Chimney Rock. If you can't climb the 500 stairs to the top of Chimney Rock then I would recommend walking to the water fall.
I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was nicer than the resort I stayed at while on vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good.

Nice Hotel, But Needs Better Soundproofing

Pros: Looked clean. Front desk staff and breakfast area attendants were very nice. The breakfast bar was well stocked w/ a variety of food.
Cons: Better soundproofing. The noise level form the hall and adjacent rooms was excessive. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Location: Convenient to downtown Hendersonville, and not far from Carl Sandburg Home.
It was a nice clean hotel and reasonably priced. Check in and out were quick.Only downside was noise level day and night. There was noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms until 11:30PM or 12AM that was excessive. We had a room with the connecting door to the next one and sound really traveled under the door. The room door latches make a loud click even if people are being conscientious when trying to close them quietly.
