Visit to Asheville

Pros: it was clean, quiet, reasonably priced.
Cons: Staff friendliness and welcoming attitude left mush to be desired.
Location: We sent the day at the Biltmore, had lunch and dinner in downtown Asheville, and enjoyed brunch at the Grove Park.
I took my mother on an early Mother's Day weekend trip to Asheville. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Asheville Biltmore because it was close by our destinations, a decent facility, and reasonably priced. I was blown away by the staff welcoming hospitality, but the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, it had the amenities I expected, it was quiet, easy to find parking, safe, and comfortable beds and linens.

Great location

Location: Very close to downtown Asheville and West Asheville. Great restaurants, art studios and the Diana Wortham Theater.
The room needed deep cleaning and there was trash left in the trash can, hair in the bathroom, and needed attention to detail. The hotel itself was nice and the breakfast bar was enjoyable. The beds are comfortable which is a plus.

Super Motel and will stay there again!!!!

Pros: the ambience of the room, lobby and the overall motel in general
Cons: the motel coffee
Location: The location was very easy to access and there are so many things to do in Asheville....
The overall stay at this motel was GREAT.....however, the lobby coffee was HORRIBLE

Overall stay was very good but not the most comfortable bed plus no soap dish in bathroom. Also curtain didn't pull completely closed so skinny shaft of light was annoying😁

Smelly, nasty

When we opened our room door the room was very humid and the carpet along with the bedding and everything in the room was damp. We were on the 4th floor which smelled like cigarette smoke and animal urine. Would not recommend this hotel.

1st time staying in Asheville

Pros: The bed and pillows were super comfy!
Location: It was located a few exits down from the Biltmore Exit...it was very convenient to the interstate...lots of great restaurants on the exit itself!
My husband and I took a weekend trip to Asheville to visit Biltmore and downtown Asheville. We had a great time and it was so nice to come back to the hotel and relax after all the walking we did!

Average hotel with easy access to tourist sites

Room needed a deep cleaning. Not many restaurants around except for fast food. Noisy roads in front and behind hotel. Indoor pool and hot right in middle of front lobby. Overworked bar staff but very friendly hotel staff

A great place to stay just outside of Asheville, N

This Holiday Inn property is nearly new and has a very open "ski resort or mountain resort" feel. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and both were well appointed. The property is very convenient to both I-40 and I-26, a great place to stay.

All I remembered about this hotel was the appearance of several bugs in my room...that's gross... But, except this, I felt good, cuz the convenience provided by the location. It's really near to the interstate!
