We stayed 3 nights while visiting the Asheville area. It was a most pleasant experience--absolutely no complaints! The staff was great, and the location was so convenient. Would highly recommend!

“Asheville Family-friendly Hotel”

Family-friendly hotel, with two double-beds and roll-out couch that fit all of us (two adults, two teen-agers, two smaller children). Clean, quiet rooms. Nice swimming pool. Nice hot and cold complimentary breakfast. Will use again when we return to Asheville.

“Great Stay in Asheville”

Great hotel! Hotel was very quiet. I was a little concerned when they gave us a room right across from the elevators, but never heard the elevators or anybody getting on them from in the room. Breakfast buffet is good, dinner buffet (Mon. - Thurs.) is even better! Only a few minutes from the Biltmore estate. Only con is the floor around the indoor pool is very slippery, both my kids fell.

“Lovely staff, fantastic service, good value”

We stayed at this hotel four nights and were very happy with it. The light dinner Mondays through Thursdays was perfect for us as we were coming into town on our first night. I was amazed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. I have never stayed in a chain hotel that showed the same kind of service. I don't know how they've built that culture, but it is wonderful. The location isn't right in the middle of everything, but the sights we wanted to see were spread out enough that most of them required us to go by car anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. It's pretty close to downtown - I was able to run from our hotel, weave around downtown, and head back, and I had to weave quite a bit to get it up to five miles. It's quite close, and has great highway access. If we go back to Asheville, we'll stay here again, no question.
