Nice room but not what I expected for the price.

Pros: Breakfast was good but the coffee was never hot.
Location: Good location close to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
The room was supposed to sleep 5 but was barely enough for 3. For the price I paid for this room $598.00 for 2 nights I could have rented two very nice rooms at the Holiday Inn.

Pros: Great location with great amenities.
Cons: Mattress in the pull-out sofa bed is pretty thin and a bit rough to sleep on.
Location: Closely situated to downtown Asheville where there is lots to see and do.
Spent one night while passing through Western North Carolina. Leaves were changing so everything was lovely. Unfortuantely, rains arrived that evening making the next day a bit messy. But we enjoyed the sights around Asheville to include Biltmore House and Gardens. Will definitely come back.

Nice hotel in prime location.

Pros: Friendly staff. Prime location. Comfortable bed.
Cons: The Cable TV signals was often lost. It was slow between channel switching.
The hotel staff greeted us with a smile. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, very close to the downtown area, and within easy access to all major highways to get to other destinations. The free breakfast offered up a good variety of choices to please everyone, the area was kept clean and the morning staff was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great...lots of food places near by and the interstate was close by so we did not have to navigate much. They had a small gift shop that was open 24 hours which was nice when you needed something small like water or a snack. The breakfast food could have been better but overall we had a good time.

Fantastic staff

Most hotels are not perfect. Any short comings of this hotel were made up by the very friendly, knowledgable staff. Especially Jennifer and Rob.

Usually happy with Homewood Suites but . . .

Room had direct view of roof exhaust vents. When a/c kicked on loud noises kept us from sleeping until it clicked off. Awake again when system came on again. Not restful. Pool out of order but not mentioned when booking. Changed rooms next day but did not resolve loud noises with a/c.
