“Family enjoyed it”

My son and his wife and 2 yr old loved the pool, watching the water fountain and they were able to use the porta-crib. The breakfast was traditional and they had no complaints. A friend of mine told me to ask for an inside room, whose son sued the hotel sometime earlier. Some of the people were using the exercise room and the putt-putt area, but the hotel manager was distracted and hard to find.

“looks very ols”

The room was very dated and the door could use replacing. The ac did not work properly as the room was very humid. The light in the bath room stopped working and we had to use the WC with the door open to have any light. The breakfast was typical and the staff person was very friendly and helpful.

“Great for the price”

For the price, it was great. You get what you pay for. I thought it was family friendly and clean for the most part. It could use some updating.

“Fair price but tired property ....”

The property is simply old and in the need of remodel.

“Ok but not the best”

The inner rooms of the hotel might have been nice but if you are staying facing the interstate then it can get unpleasant at night.

“Outdated,”

We needed a great deal on hotel lodgings to attend wedding and close enough to the other guests. Check in and out were quick and easy by friendly staff. The cleaning staff were attentive by supplying plenty of towels and tidied the room. Unfortunately, the negatives are finding dead bugs behind the bed and in the bed frame (may be bed bugs), there was peeling, outdated wallpaper with plenty of mildew behind it in the bathroom, carpet was very worn and dark to hide stains, furniture in the room was very worn yet functional and clean as best it could be. The bed was surprisingly comfortable enough and the sheets and pillowcases seemed clean and white. Location was a plus, near everything and cute historic Hendersonville. Did not try the breakfast which was 6-9am but the Fireside restaurant was walking distance for decent brunch. Overall, the experience was pleasant enough for the price but in hindsight, I would have spent another $10-15 more to stay at another "budget" hotel.

“Dreadful ..”

We requested a change of rooms within an hour of checking in due to a cold draft and outside noise to a room in the inner corridor. Several rooms were available but our request was not honored. Poorly maintained, poor service

“"Motel in need of updating"”

"motel in need of help" The staff could care less about the customer. The carpet is worn out and very dirty. The rate was good for us. The motel is not a place we will stay again and will stay at the Hampton and pay the higher rate. The staff at Quality appear poorly supervised. thank you for giving me a chance to respond to this.

“Needs a lot of work”

I expected better from a Quality Inn. The lobby area seemed nice but on my way to my room I was very dissapointed with the conditons of the halls and stairways as carpets were old, stained and worn. The room was very dirty. There were cobwebs all over and the toilet flushed when it felt like it. Even the bedspread looked like it was from 1970. The towels were small, thin and worn. The room also came with only one each bath, hand and wash towels. I slept fully clothed and forget getting in the rusty dirty tub, thank goodness I was only there for one night. Forget breakfast...ran out of there as soon as I could.

“hectic week end”

Upon arrival desk clerk was pleasant but not very helpful as to our inquiries about the area..lobby area presentable if you don't look down...THE CARPETING IS FILTHY......sheets and linens were clean but the towels were very flimsy...breakfast was a pleasant surprise..more than most...we were gone sightseeing on our first full day there to return to our room at 4p.m. to find that it had not been cleaned..called the desk and was assured it would be taken care of..very busy holiday weekend..said ok and went out for dinner..returned at 8p.m. to find the room still not done..called the desk and again the manager apologized and said she would take care of it...at 8:30 i went down to the desk and asked when this room would be done..manager apologized and said she would call Expedia to have our charges reversed because of this poor service,,also gave me the contact for their management company...returned to the room..housekeeping just left and found NO TOWELS..again needed to track them down to retrieve some..next morning headed for home for some rest.
