“"Home away from home"”
Pleased with good rates, corteous staff and ease of location for my first visit to the area while visiting fiance.
“Wendy Katchis”
Hotel is off the main road, little hard to find. However that does mean that it is very quiet with very little traffic noise. Employee staff very polite and very helpful. Breakfast was adquate with a few choices of cereals, waffales, coffee and juices. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable, however no refrigerator and microwave which would be helpful. The price was very affordable.
“Nice Place To Spend the Night”
Very clean and nicely furnished room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was as advertised: a continental selection in a clean setting. A good value considering the price which in my case included 2 small dogs.
“def. would recommend”
great service, clean, friendly, the only thing lacking was the continental breakfast...it was not so hot.
“They went the extra mile!”
This is a very reasonably priced hotel. Clean and comfortable. My wife left her bible in the room and the staff went out of their way to find, pack and return it as soon as they could. We are very grateful and recommend them to anyone staying in the Asheville area that can't afford the steep Asheville rates.
“Great Place for Tired Travelers!”
We stayed just overnight. the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. Hotel was by far the newest in the area. Outback Steakhouse is in the parking lot...how convienent is that!! The only complaint we had was that they didn't have hairdryers in the room. I brought my own for our trip, so it wasn't a big deal, but could be for others. the front desk could have them, but I didn't ask. Would stay again!!
“Will go back”
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
“good value”
Excellent value for money, new beds, sizeable room, adequate bathroom but only downside is mediocre breakfast if that is of importance. Plenty of other breakfast options very nearby. Quiet location adj to I 26.
“Pet Friendly”
Excellent experience, clean rooms and very pet friendly.
“I would stay here again”
My husband and I had finished a 1,900 mile journey From Tucson AZ. to visit our son in Etowah, NC. We were very pleased with the Red Roof. Brian greeted us as if we had known him for years. He explained about the location of our room and about the continental breakfast available in the morning. He asked if there was anything he could do for us to simply ask. The room was comfortable and inviting. The only thing negative was the remote for the television did not work. The use of the computer was a great advantage, since I do not have a laptop. The location was perfect. It was surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. The area was easy to get around and if we had questions about directions everybody we asked was very helpful. I would stay at this Red Roof again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Etowah, NC.
