Will definitely stay there again when we go back. Great location, comfortable, and quiet. Great place for families to stay. My daughter loved the indoor pool and hot tub. I loved the mini kitchen and living room as separate living spaces. Great breakfast options for the whole family.

“A delightful experience”

This hotel is in a very convenient location to Intersate Freeways and very close to downtown Asheville through the Beaucatcher Tunnel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My partner is a marathon runner so they gave us excellent directions to a safe and scenic running area. The room was very clean and comfortable with high speed internet access. It was a very comfortable lodging experience enchanced by a very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very nicely laid out, with ample space. This was a very nice place to stay, convenient to restaurants and the downtown area. I would highly recommend this hotel to coworkers, friends and family.

“Good hotel for business or leisure stay”

Comfortable and clean room. Bath clean, no mildew, floor tile clean. Carpeting appeared relatively new and clean except by the window where a little vacuuming was needed. Bed was immaculate and comfortable with more than enough pillows. TV swiveled to watch from bed or sitting area. This room included a small kitchenette and a nice side desk for working if on a business trip. The manager on duty when we checked in was personable and focused on ensuring our needs were met ... he didn't rush us through check in just to get to the next guest; I felt appreciated. There is a Carrabba's restaurant walking distance from this hotel. The hotel is tucked back in a cul de sac, which makes it quiet and in my opinion a little safer because its off the busy main road.

The hotel was very nice. The high point was the continental breakfast. The location is very convenient to the interstate so it is easy to get around Asheville.

“Great Hotel!”

The Springhill Suites is conveniently located near a major shopping mall, a ton of good restaurants, and just off major freeways. The staff are responsive, helpful, cheerful, and friendly. It is easy to get from the hotel to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, and A-B Technical College. A hot breakfast is included with the room and the food at the breakfast is constantly being restocked as well as staff maintaining cleanliness of the breakfast area.

the room had a very nice layout that made it feel like a place you could stay for an extended period of time instead of a room with just a bed and a TV

“I would stay at a Spring Hill again”

We were really surprised by this hotel. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave which was a surprise. It was also a very quiet hotel considering they were full. The breakfast was a disappointment so I had to give a lower rating on the service. There were many people crammed into the small breakfast area and they ran out of food. Again, the hotel was at capacity so this may be a rare occurence. It was very close to the sites of Asheville.
