“A + G do NC”

I cannot say enough about this hotel...I wish there were one like it in every city in the US (and France!). If you possible can, stay here. The rooms, the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit were just top of the line.

“Great value, large beautiful suites, gas logs”

The hotel was a great value at the expedia price. The staff was courteous, knew the local area and readily offered restaurant suggestions. It was nice having a whirlpool tub, a huge bathroom, and a full kitchen. We had been hiking and visiting some waterfalls the day of our stay and were tired. I had also proposed that day as well. It was nice to kick back and turn on the gas logs on the cool rainy night while we made the many calls to friends and family. The only complaint we had was it was a little noisy. It was nothing compared to apartments that we had both lived in during previous years in college. If you are extremely sensitive to noise you may want to get a third floor room. I am sure the wonderful staff would be more than accommodating. The hotel is convenient to downtown, Biltmore village, the Biltmore House, and other Asheville attractions.

“An incredible deal!”

We found the excellent deal through Expedia's site. We're were surprised to get so much room for the money. It was extremely nice and we would gladly go back. Strongly recommended.

“Great place to stay”

It's close to the Biltmore village and not far from the downtown activities. And also not far from the Biltmore House. It has all the comforts of home.

“All the comforts of home”

Well worth the money! My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay close to the Biltmore House and The Grove Park Inn. The location was perfect, the suite was immaculate and beautiful, tastefully decorated. Particularly liked the fireplace with gas logs. I would definitely recommend this property.

“Felt like home.”

The room exceeded our expectations. We would like to know the brand and style of mattress in our room, as it was so comfortable. The only improvement this hotel could make is to sound proof the rooms. We could hear the guests above us moving in their bed and snoring quite clearly.

“Would definately stay again”

Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! This property was a very pleasant surprise. Well appointed kitchen and very large bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Loved the fireplace in the living room even though it was gas. If I had to find a flaw it would be that it took the hot water a bit too long to warm up but once hot, there was no shortage.

“Outstanding Apartment”

I recently travelled with 4 of my relatives to Asheville and stayed at The Residences. The 3 bedroom apartment was outstanding .Two separate bathrooms and a spacious living room and dining area made our stay very comfortable. The furniture wasin good condition, almost new, and the kitchen was well equipped. In the morning we cooked breakfast before checking-out. It is 10 minutes from the Biltmore and from the main downtown. I wished I could have stayed longer.

“Excellent Accommodations”

Can't say enough about this wonderful discovery! This is not to be confused with the Residence Inn which is in close proximity. It's the Residences at Biltmore. First class all the way. Once we got the right amount of towels, we were good to go. It was a girls weekend and we felt pampered with the terry robes and the luxurious bathroom.

“Loved it!!!!!”

This was a luxury condo more than a hotel room, we were very impressed with the size and quality. Well worth the upgrade to 1 bedroom, very romantic with actual fireplace and extremely large bathroom (shower, jetted jacuzzi), granite countertops and stainless steel full kitchen. We recommend a 4th floor room to avoid people above you.
