Two night stay while visiting Biltmore EstatePosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: It is very convenient to the Biltmore Estate, within 1 mile of it's entrance road. Several good restaurants nearby. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Quiet
Cons: No comp. breakfast provided.
Location: Good Location..
We had a nice 2 room suite, with a nice balcony, and exceptional bathroom/shower room. The view was of the parking lot and the rear of the other wing, but not important to us. Bedding was extremely comfortable and new. We likened our room to an apartment, more than a hotel room.

1 Wed NightPosted Jul 18, 2014
We were pleased that laundry deterrgent and a fairly new washer/dryer combo are available in suite. Refrigerator made ice, and was full size. A good size pool and hot tub is just across the parking lot. The entrance to Biltmore mansion is within a 10 min. drive. The staff is extremely helpful. The gentleman manning the desk actually came to our room to help us switch the flat screen tv to play a DVD. All in all, we had a very positive experience.

These are nice apartments NOT a HotelPosted Jul 16, 2014
Cons: Hire a capable receptionist
The property is very beautiful. i had no idea when booking that it is actually a bunch of well appointed time shares that have been rented as a hotel. it was quite comfortable but there is an incredible lack of services if you are looking for convenience and the Rude young lady who checked me in would have been fired on the spot if it was my place when I checked in . I waited 5 minutes while she was on a personal phone call before she even said hello. All in all, it would be great for a week stay rather than a one nighter like I had. Just don't expect room service.

My wife and I really enjoyed out three night stay in one of the studio apartments. None of the rooms seemed to have any good views, but the room itself was fantastic!

Pros: Friendly employees Clean room Spacious accomodations Nice Pool Quiet
Location: The Biltmore House The Wicked Weed Restaurant Shopping downtown Wonderful restaurants
This hotel is very convenient to the Biltmore house, shopping and restaurants. You could not ask for a better location to tour this city. The concierges were always on duty and available to answer questions. They gave us restaurant recommendations and even made reservations for us. They also gave us directions on several occasions. They were all very friendly and helpful. As far as the room, it was wonderful. The full kitchen is a plus because most hotels at this same price do not have a kitchen for you. We had the one bedroom with a pull out sofa which our daughter slept on and it was great. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced timely each day. They provided coffee and plenty of creamer and sweetners so we could enjoy our morning without leaving the room. They also provided coffee and tea during the day in the concierge's office. Also, the electric fireplace was so nice. We didn't use it since it was summer but what a nice touch. We may come back in the winter!! The pool was clean and warm! It felt perfect and our daughter really enjoyed it! Overall, the Residences at Biltmore was an excellent choice for our visit!

Great locationPosted Jun 12, 2014
The location was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The satellite cable was the only downfall of our stay. It kept cutting in and out. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and well worth it for me.

A diamond in AshevillePosted Jun 10, 2014
I can't tell you how delighted I was with all aspects of my stay here. The room was amazing and a fantastic value. The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't imagine I would want to stay anywhere else when I travel to Asheville from now on.

Great hotelPosted Jun 9, 2014
Cons: Elevators need work
Location: Near Biltmore Estates (1000ft) can spend all day there.
We went to Ashville, NC to visit Biltmore. Room was very spacious, staff answered every question imaginable, quiet, relaxing, just a joyous experience. For my own personal comfort, needed a slightly firmer bed (back), but was still comfortable.

Exceeded all expectations.Posted Jun 8, 2014
Unbelievable find. We have very high expectations for the hotels where we stay. We reserved two units: One studio with King bed (for my mother) and a one bedroom suite (for our family of three) and both were spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. An additional bonus was the pool, hot tub and firepit area, which was a perfect ending to a long day of driving. The accommodations were so lovely that we actually decided to stay in for dinner (never before have we done this in Asheville). With ease, we ordered dinner from The Gourmet Valet and had local Italian (delicious!) and wine delivered to the pool deck. This hotel (more like a condo) is located extrememy close to the Biltmore. Don't pass up an opportunity to stay here.
