Nice room; a great place to stay
We've stayed here several times and we always find it a friendly and pleasant place to stay. The only thing I would suggest to make it even better would be to rearrange the room so that the refrigerator is closest to the door and the bathroom. With two people in the room and one at the desk, it is a real problem to go back and forth from the refrigerator and the bathroom where the sink is. It would make much more sense to have the refrigerator close to the sink. Everything else was great!

Property seemed "past its prime" on upkeep. Things weren't in disrepair, but had the feel that proper maintenance hadn't been a priority in some time. Was greeted nicely right away and taken care of very well.

Fairfield giving Redroof energy!
Ok when we areived there was no one at the front desk. It took 10 to 15 minutes for someone to appear. She seemed to have an attitude when i stated i was witing for 10 to 15 minutes, and just wanted to check in. She then ch3cked me in and gave me my keys. Uponed entering the room the smell that hot us was unacceptable. I instantly went back to the front desk to request another room. She followed me back to the the room to take a smell herself then agreed it smelled bad. She then moved me a few rooms down. We entered it did smell better but the shower looked as if it wasnt clean or maybe needed to be refinished. Either way it looked dirty. Im not sure if it was a party but it was running and loud screaming for hours on in. Over all i give my stay a 3 star. The appear of tgis Fairfield alone was disappointing.

The room was not cleaned between first day and second day of stay. They did not clean the bathroom prior to our arrival as there was clothing in the shower area that was a guests. We had to ask for towels since they didn't replenish them.

Worse Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was rude when my sister checked in. When I came later, I gave wrong room number and staff gave me the key without checking although I offered my ID to check. Roaches were in the room. The shower wouldn’t drain. The toilet wouldn’t run water unless you fiddled with the inside of the water tank, the toilet clogged and a plunger was brought to the room and WE had to plunge it. Overall worse hotel. Not worth the money ($160 a night) of a Marriott hotel.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Yesterday morning I asked the kitchen manager for honey. This morning when she saw me she brought me some without me asking. That was so thoughtful and appreciated. I love that customer service.

Nice Hotel

It's not a bad place to stay for an overnight. There's a Mexican restaurant right next door with a nice patio view. As with other Fairfields I've stayed in, this one was clean and well kept. There was a kind of mildewy odor, however. Since the hotel sits right on a busy highway frequented by large trucks, it can be pretty noisy. When we visited, the pool and jacuzzi were out of order (and it seems the jacuzzi is permanently gone). I also needed to print a document for work, but their printer was also out of order. This seems to be a common refrain at Fairfields. They have a printer station, but I've yet to see one that is functional. The workaround I was offered at a different Fairfield location was to email the documents to them and have them print. Since the documents contained sensitive data, I opted not to do this.
