Good valuePosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Location, price, comfort, and a pool.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about the room.
Location: There's a very cool restaurant down the street named J&J. Really good food at a great prices. I highly recommend it.
Had to find a hotel for the night while on a business trip and came across this one on Expedia. It was a very good rate, and in a perfect location. It's a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood close to the highway and very close to good food. If you need a good night's sleep, it's the most reasonable place within 20 miles.

Comfortable accommodationsPosted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: The convenience of a continental breakfast.
Cons: Could have had some yogurt available. Not sure if they had some. We had to leave quickly to be at a competition in Columbus, OH.
Location: It was farther from Ashland than we thought it would be. Don't know about things to do near by.
We needed to be in Flatwoods, KY and this was close to there. The Best Western only had 1 room and it was a smoking room. Checked expedia and this was about 1/2 the price of the BW. We had a handicapped room and it was great. Didn't ask for it, but with my handicapped permit was able to park outside the room. We arrived later in the evening and the parking was no problem. There weren't any large towels in the room, but we quickly received some when we went to the office to ask. Had a restful night.

THERE WAS A COCKROACH ON THE AIR CONDITIONERPosted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: Air conditioner
Cons: the bathroom shower , the room , the cable was bad , pretty much everything a lot of cleaning needed done that wasn`t
Location: Surrounds were nice close to the mall and food
it was dead but still it shouldn't be there and my bathroom got cleaned maybe once the whole time I was there also the shower wasn't even worth taken because the shower head was broken and the water took almost 5 minutes to heat up even without cold water running. I would not stay there again.

Not a good choicePosted Jun 11, 2013
Very unprofessional staff. New management should be sought. Do not stay unless no other options

very reasonably priced hotelPosted Jun 10, 2013
Pros: it was a clean facility, and the kids liked the pool.
Cons: the continental breakfast could be improved. Also, the trim around the bathroom door in our room was broken.
Location: shopping mall close by, also restaurants were close.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a softball tournament. It was very reasonable priced and although it was an older facility, it was was clean. the kids enjoyed the pool, but although it advertised continental breakfast, it consisted of coffee and little debbie snack cakes. there was not even milk for coffee. other than that it was ok. i would stay there again.

nasty, nasty, nastyPosted Jun 2, 2013
the only thing to say about this hotel, staff and accommodations is that it was absolutely horrible....the first visit, we absolutely loved, this time it was inexplainable and unimaginable...i don't believe we will ever be returning to this hotel again...
