So need to change the shampoo conditioner and body lotion. Too small and too hard to get product out of the small containers. The shampoo bottle is so small that it is almost impossible to get the product out.

Old and need to renovate… The frontdesk guy was good but the white lady is not that nice. If you’re staying at the ground floor you’ll hear widely the people walking around the lobby.

I loved my stay. Breakfast started a little late for me. But it was good and everyone was lovely. The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

Great location and nice, clean (a little small) rooms. That said, the service was horrible. 10/10 hotel just bad customer service.

Quick and easy check in. Friendly greeting. Super quiet, though it was a Tuesday night. Got a free upgrade without even asking since it was a slow night. Reserved parking spots out front. Super clean rooms. Bathroom was poorly designed and breakfast was minimal given how expensive the stay was, but a good overall stay.

Central location at close proximity to the city center. But the hotel is not comfortable, and breakfast is very limited variety. Not what we expected for the high price.

Hotel and location are excellent and owner is super nice and very accommodating. The free breakfast is simple but perfect to start the day. The room has very warm and comfortable blankets available :) Oh and free parking in the front. You can’t go wrong!

The room was very clean and the location was perfect for us. The woman at the front desk was pretty rude but I can overlook poor customer service for a clean hotel.

Clean, comfortable and affordable (especially by Aspen standards!) The coffee and light breakfast buffet in the morning is a nice touch. Not having an elevator wasn't an issue for us, but it could be for others. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Durant and plan on returning next time we're in Aspen!

Rooms very small, no 120v outlets that were accessible, room in the basement was claustrophobic. Check-in clerk was hospitable and very helpful, not so much for the morning clerk, parking was very difficult, but this is what you get for $400 in Aspen.

There is no microwave in the room. You have to use a communal microwave and there is no AC in the room as advertised

-The property has no amenities. -The lady who works their was not very accommodating. -I was charged more than my friend for my room (which was so tiny I could barely move around) and their room was twice the size. - No elevator. Came in late and no one there so had to cary bags up flights or stairs.

Comfy, quiet and well-located
Small, comfy, quiet hotel. No frills. Walking distance to most shops, restaurants, gondola. Parking spaces in front of the hotel were a plus. You can also park on the street over the weekend. Note: the hotel does not have an elevator, so if you're staying on the third floor, you'll feel the altitude!

It's a Joke how small this room was. the full size bed barely fit in the spot for the bed. you couldn't even walk around the bed. you literally had to hop on from the front of the bed. there was zero space to get on the bed from the sides. Then the TV was too small as it was a 30" TV that you had to see from across the room. The bathroom was no different. the door barely missed the toilet as it closed. the whole room was a joke of how poorly planned and sized it was.

Very cozy and quiet hotel in downtown Aspen. Lots of parking available and two blows from the Shadow Mountain lift. Would definitely stay here in the future.

It was a great choice. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The owner was friendly and accessible all the time. It was a bed and breakfast vibe. Continental breakfast daily was perfect.people were repeat customers all very friendly. Hot tub was perfect. Location easy to walk to everything in Aspen. Very accessible to the free shuttle service and close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!
