“Excelsior!”

Courteous and helpful staff, exceptional service but not over the top. Turn-down service was a nice touch and very nicely located right downtown - 1-2 city blocks from the ped malls and nightlife. We came for a concert a friend was playing in and had an amazing time. Oh, did I mention we got the room at a 60% discount. Thank you Expedia! We arrived a little early (check in is 4 PM), but no problems...after the valet, the staff took our bags up to the room and wanted to ensure the room was tip top while we walked around town and grabbed a late lunch. To our surprise, the hotel put us on the backside of the hotel...which was perfect for us, because it was so quiet for us to sleep in after a wonderful but very late night out with friends. Beautiful building, inside and out. Very clean, but by no means sterile retaining somewhat of the old world Victorian charm with modern amenity.

“Fantastic and classy hotel!”

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent experience at the Hotel Jerome. We were there for a week and were sad to leave. The service was outstanding in all respects and very accommodating to all of our requests. Room service breakfasts were yummy and the spicy hot chocolate and cheese and fruit snacks in the Library Bar were a nice added touch! The location is amazing - close to everything and for places further afield, their SUV and driver service will take you where you want to go. We will definitely stay here again!

Stay was exceptional. Large expansive suite, well decorated with tremendous view of Aspen Mountain. Walking ditance to shopping and restaurants.Outstanding service by staff. Would highly recommend the hotel. Hotel car will take you anywhere in town and was quick and efficient. We just used it to take us to the ski mountain of our choice. Only down side was very rowdy banquet, and dance in ball room that kept going very late. It was abit loud .

“Best Hotel Ever”

This hotel was amazing. The staff is super friendly, it is so close to the mountain, the staff will drive you where ever you need to go and the food at the restaurant was also really good. The lobby has self service hot chocolate with tons of marshmallows and they also have hot cider. The rooms were big and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

“Fantastic Classic”

Our stay here was amazing. We had a view of Aspen Mountain from the room and from the pool we were swimming in the day after skiing. Everything was very well done with modern amenities in a historic hotel. And the bed is maybe the best I have slept on! The perfect place for our engagement weekend!

The hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We stayed right before Ski season so the hotel wasn't crowded. The restaurants were good and the over all atmosphere was nice.

I was familiar with the Hotel Jerome from previous visits to Aspen, but had never stayed there before. My stay exceeded my expectations. Service was outstanding across the board from management, concierge, bell service, drivers, etc. The room was spacious, modern and had all conveniences and amenities I could expect while the hotel still maintained all its historical aura and charm.
