“Great hotel for a family.”

We stayed at the Inn at Aspen for the 2012 Procycling Challenge. We called ahead of time to say we were staying with a two year old. The staff was super friendly and moved us to a room on a corner so that we wouldn't be so worried if he had a bad night. While the room wasn't one of the ones that was updated, it was nice enough and had a refrigerator which was a life saver. The grounds were well kept up and had plenty of room for our son to run around. The staff was super friendly and were ready to help all the time. The hotel was far enough away from Aspen that it was quiet at night, but was a only a short (gorgeous) bike ride from town and had a great shuttle service. I would recommend it to others and stay again.

“Great Hotel for a family”

Newly renovated King room with microwave, refrigerator, AND humidifier. Full breakfast included with the room. Didn't need a car as the free shuttle dropped us off and picked us up wherever we wanted to go. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby all day long. Hotel was at the base of the mountain and within 10 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. This hotel is definitely family friendly and does not attract the party crowd.

“would definitely recommend this Inn and definitely would return”

The attitude of the staff at this wonderful hotel would far and away erase the unease or "upsetedness" of any of the minor glitches or usual things that can go wrong when uitilizing such. We were treated as though we were the most special folks in Aspen by every staff person, from the time of check-in until we drove out of the parking lot to come back to the 110 degree heat. The location is great! Just far enough out to be quiet, but close enough to town to be convenient. As is usually the case, there were minor things; like a soft drink machine out of an item---yeah, bummer. And a wet spot in a carpet in the hall. But, hey--stuff happens. It did not detract in any way from the enjoyment of our stay. If you gotta go to Aspen, or if you get to go...we highly recommend the Inn at Aspen.

“very cozy inn in aspen”

The Inn at Aspen is staffed with extremely nice people working there. They made sure to tell us which door would be best to go through to get to our room, they gave us our keys, asked if anything else was needed. When we asked what a good restaurant was the lady at the front desk showed us a map of the town in Aspen and circled for us what she liked and even showed us how to get there. The morning after we asked for tourist sites and the man at the front desk was more than happy to direct us to Maroon Bells and how to get us there. He even searched for google images to show us what it looked likE!. The rooms are clean and quiet and overall a really cozy place to stay.

“Beautiful scenery.”

We enjoyed the lobby computer and printer, the pool and the continental breakfast all at a reasonable price.

“Great Location”

The Inn at Aspen Hotel is only about 4 minutes away from the town of Aspen, but far enough away for a peaceful, quiet experience. I believe all the rooms are different--owned by private parties. Our room was beautiful and looked out over the swimming pool, jacuzzi and Buttermilk Ski area. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom was really large with a steam shower! Double sinks. Marble throughout the bathroom. There was a living room with a TV and the bedroom was separate with its own TV. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. Plenty of restaurants close by in Aspen. We're planning on going back.

“Great Value Hotel!”

The Inn at Aspen is in an excellent location, right at the bottom of Buttermilk Mountain (the best mountain in Aspen for beginner snowboarders and skiers). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. A free shuttle service was available on request to transport guests locally (airport, downtown, etc.). We stayed in a room with two queen size beds. The room was clean and cozy, but in need of redecorating. Free ski lockers are provided for each room to store ski/snowboard equipment. The hot buffet breakfast was delicious and included in the price of our room. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to Aspen.
