“Best Deal in Snowmass”

Great location and best deal in Snowmass. Located right at the village bus stop at the Snowmass Mall. Very friendly staff. A group of friends travel to Aspen/Snowmass every December and have stayed at the Pokolodi Lodge for years. The staff always calls us by name, we are always seeing the same people at breakfast - which means many folks return to the Pokolodi Lodge every year. They must be doing something right.

even tho we were only there one night while waiting for a flight out of Aspen we were pleasantly surprised...next to the ski hill, across the road from great restaurants and shops, 5 min. to airport...has heated pool and small hot tub...if we were ever to ski at Snowmass we would definitely try to stay here :)

Good Brakfast, expected and enough! Located right at the village bus stop at the Snowmass Mall and very close to the mountain. Very friendly manager. Could. For the amount payed, comparing to others hotels was worth! Can recommend!

Great value considering it is steps away from the main plaza. Hotel is a little oudated but clean and very conveient.

“Stop 4 of 7”

This was the 4th hotel stay of our July trip to Colorado. The Village is a bit tricky to navigate but we figured it out. The staff was not exceptionally friendly but that was probably due to their youth. We had a very nice room with a very nice view. Again, no a/c in this part of the state and no fans were available so we had to open a window and give up our privacy and security. There were people in the pool past closing hours and it wouldn't have been an issue at all if they would have been considerate of the other guests and been quiet. Some girl just thought something was just so funny she had to constantly laugh out loud at 11:00 pm. I would still stay here again and just know that I had to bring my own fan to this part of the state. I loved the shopping center laid out as a village just across the street. We walked to a restaurant in the cool evening air and had a good time just looking at the view. I wish we could have spent more time here. The time of year was good for us as there were few travelers.

“Great Accomodations and Outstanding Location”

Lodge appears to be very well managed. Staff, including van drivers, very knowledgeable, friendly, and quite helpful. Daily room service very good. Although an older hotel, building condition including rooms are in excellent condition and no evidence of needed immediate maintenance. Location is across the street from free local and inter-mountain bus shuttles and Snowmass mall. I would strongly recommend this lodge for skiers and plan to return next year.

“Great economy lodging for real people”

This is a great place for the price. I read reviews before I came and was expecting a dump, but it was quite the opposite. Very nice, rustic furnishings, awesome location very close to the slopes and next to the village mall so you can walk to food and ski stores. Bus stops right out front and takes you to Snowmass Village. Local buses have a free skier shuttle to Aspen. Expanded continental breakfast is a good start to the morning, cereal, toast, boiled eggs, juices, coffee, yogurts. Its a nice free breakfast if you aren't picky. The people are all very nice and the free pickup at the airport is a great feature. Would definitely come back!

“Excellent Location”

Great location and very reasonably priced. The only negative is that the village does not pro-rate the parking charges, but you cant blame the lodge for that. Comfortable and clean, couldnt ask for more!
