Cons: breakfast
We enjoyed the hotel, comfortable beds/ bedding, clean, nice pool and hot tub . Breakfast was adequate.. would have enjoyed scrambled eggs rather than just hard boiled eggs.. We we unable to get to the hotel for our first night due to road closure / snow on I 70 at Vail pass. They were unable or unwilling to refund our first nite cost, about $280/ which left us with a sour taste.

Nice hotel. Too expensive.

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Better help with luggage.
Location: Great location. Near the heart of it all
Four stories. No elevator. The staff was gracious and helpful when available. Service was skipped on one night of my three nights stay. I had help getting my bags up to the room, but none getting them down. Expedia said there would be a $25 parking fee. I was charged $35.00

We love this hotel. We come here for about 10 years. Maybe more. Breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly. Price is reasonable.

We stayed at the hotel one evening. The room was small and the bed was comfortable. It was a tight space, but fine for the short period we stayed. I normally like having more room, but it did the trick!

Great location, dated rooms

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: Complimentary breakfast, walking distance to Snowmass Village, ski slopes, and the bus (primarily to Aspen).
Cons: Rooms need to be updated.
Location: Skiing at Snowmass, shopping at Snowmass Village.
This hotel was in a great location and is a decent value. You can walk to the slopes, the bus station, and Snowmass Village in a matter of minutes. The outdoor hot tub and swimming pool were really great. The only thing lacking was the dated interiors of the rooms and the strange layout of the rooms. I would recommend this hotel to someone on a budget, otherwise look for better lodging.

Skiing over Martin Luther King Day

Posted Jan 21, 2015 on Hotels.com
Excellent location - simple walk to the slopes. There is a free shuttle to take you to Aspen only 100 feet from the hotel. Room was very comfortable with a view of the mountains (not the slopes). The pool & hot tub were nice and hot and not crowded. Breakfast is mostly limited to toast, muffins, and coffee. I would definitely recommend coming to this place again. Only negative is that parking required a $35/week charge, not prorated for the 2 days we were there. This is a Snowmass charge, not a hotel charge.

Hidden gem

Pokolodi Lodge is centrally located, well run and a nice change from a condo experience. The dining room / lounge area that all guests share is welcoming. Rooms were good and the staff helpful.
