The best location, slope-side with ski concierge service. Amenities include rooftop jacuzzi, gym, complimentary breakfast mand après-ski. Helpful staff and beautiful accomodations.

Thw service was amazing, the room comfortable, the location is about 25 feet from the Aspen Mountain gondola- and they have a free wine hour, continental breakfast and lemon water- it is worth every penny!

“Lovely Hotel!”

I was initially disappointed that I was at the Residences instead of the Little Nell, but I must say that the hotel, the staff and the room were lovely. I even ordered a late dinner via room service and it was the delightful in every way. The attention to detail was equisite and a welcome relief to a seasoned traveler. Even the weather was perfect! Thank you Little Nell, Aspen is on the agenda for next year too!

“A beautiful property with top notch service”

This is a beautiful property at the base of Ajax Mountain. There are only 8 hotel rooms, the rest of the building is dedicated to Fractional Share ownership and they do rent out those units also. The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms and entire property were beyond gorgeous. The bathrooms were beyond description, stand up shower, separate toilet room, two sinks, numerous towels, robes were provided also. The room had great lighting set on dimmers. There was a sliding door to a beautiful stone walled in courtyard with a firepit that was lit at night. I cannot think of one thing I did not like or enjoy. It is a great location for walking to everything in Aspen

“LN Residences - Great Stay, Service, Location”

Service and staff were remarkable. The hotel is in a great location right next to the gondala. I have stayed at both the Little Nell and the Little Nell Residences. The service at the residences is more personal as there are less people around. The ski concierge and ski locker room is very nice. They have warm cookies waiting for you after skiing. Everything is very nice and new. It is much more quiet than the Little Nell hotel, if you are looking for a lot of people/activity in the lobby you might prefer the Little Nell instead. For my wife and I it was a great experience. Our friends stayed at the St. Regis and they thought our hotel was newer/nicer and better location for skiing.
