Nice Hotel, staff is really friendly.

Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: Location & Staff
Cons: More blankets and seal doors.
Location: Skiing, snowboarding, local downtown bars, shops.
Hotel was really nice. I enjoyed my stay there. The only thing is I would have liked an extra blanket or two. Being as it's freezing temps there and we only had one thin blanket, that was uncomfortable until the heater warmed the room up. Once the heater did it's job, it was all good. I would stay there again :)

Noise Noise Noise

Posted Jan 17, 2015
I like to party as much as the next person, but the design of the hotel doesn't take noise from the bar into account. Bass was pounding all night, and I couldn't get any sleep. Hotel tired too.

Room for disabled

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Probably due to our late arrival caused by the flight delay, we were assigned to a room for disabled. We did not have a bath tub despite the sub-zero temperatures outside: there was a big shower booth for wheelchair instead. Chilly. In addition, the steam heaters were not functioning well (probably because the room had not been used for a while and nobody had been noticed it) and we were given two electric heaters. Late December 2014.

Nice hotel, good location, not a luxury hotel

Posted Dec 21, 2014
The best thing about this hotel is location, it's located right next door to the The Little Nell and the gondola. Walking distance to everything! The room was clean and comfortable. However if you are used for a luxury service this is not a place for you. Stuff is unprofessional. The service is nonexistent compared to St Regis and The Little Nell. Try this hotel if you are on a budget. Overall great stay in Aspen!

Cute small hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle to anywhere in town. 39 degrees bar is right downstairs, if you need a drink. All in all great hotel.

Nice hotel near the base

I thought this hotel was great. The bar was fun, the pool is nice and heated, the rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Everything had been renovated, and was nice.

Across the street from Aspen Paragliding. And VERY dog friendly for our golden retriever. We had a great time, will stay there again!
