“Great place to stay.”

We visited this hotel in mid April 2012, the last week of skiing. This is a ski in/out hotel which provides curtsy shuttle to the airport, complimentary breakfast and lunch, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate 24/7, free Wi-Fi, and PC in the lobby for printing your boarding passes. Outside facing the slopes is a heated pool and sauna. The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly. The only thing we didn’t like were hard beds but that is a personal preference. We had to stay an extra day because all United flight out of Aspen were cancelled. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We would suggest those who travel to Aspen if you don’t want to get stock in Aspen because of bad weather book your flight from Denver with Frontier airline because all their flights operated uninterrupted with minimal delays. We highly recommend this great reasonably priced hotel. great location right next to the slopes, mall and the bus stop.

“Good family facility”

This hotel is located conveniently just off the slope. It is a very good value. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a wonderful place to take a family with kids. I would like to go back again.

“Great Room - Great Value for Aspen-Snowmass”

If booking a lower priced room in a resort area seems risky, there's no risk here. Hotel and room was up to what one would expect for a like priced boutique style hotel in a most any city.

“Best Location”

Snowmass Mountain Chalet has the best location in Snowmass. I could walk to the mall, cross over to ski school and watch all the Snowmass skiers from my balcony. Truly enjoyed my stay, would not hesistate to stay there again. Staff was friendly too.

Great location and great price. People are the front desk were very helpful. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, albeit aging. I would love to come back in the winter.

Service was great. Good location, good views, staff was very helpful. Breakfest can be a rush of folks but the staff handles them very well.

“Comfortable and Enjoyable”

Our stay was exceptional. Quiet with great views, I would recommend it to any traveler. The hot breakfast is a real plus. If you are a skier the convienience of sking to the lodge door can't be beat. If you have mobility issues (handicaped) and are dirving I would recommend making reservations for garage parking since the short walk from the area lots is steep.
