Nice place to stayPosted Jul 19, 2014
We liked the room, deck, very nice adult only hot tub, etc. The bed was situated against a wall with no room for end tables.

Great walking down to festival. Straight uphill walking back. You get your excercise in , walking back to your room.

Summer stayPosted Jul 7, 2014
Beautiful studio unit but it is best for a single stayer. It was difficult to find a reasonable place to eat. Parking is a problem, requiring guests to leave their vehicle in one spot. Lovely patio with unit. The pool is only steps away.

Quiet, comfortable, and affordablePosted Jun 24, 2014
Location: Every outdoor activity
These condos are affordable in the off season and provide an excellent location for activities in the Basalt/Aspen area. Good food is close by and Timberline provides transportation to many venues. The staff is on top of things and provide quick and helpful information that will enhance your stay. Lots of people staying in the complex. but never heard another soul during our stay.

Friendly staff, wonderful stayPosted Jun 24, 2014
My family and I loved our stay at Timberline in Snowmass. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating (special thanks to Robbie who was always willing to help and no request was too much). The view from our condo was amazing. We had to stay at the Laurelwood right after our stay with Timberline, while the rooms at Laurelwood seemed a bit more updated, the amenities were not as welcoming. Timberline will pick you up at the airport in Aspen, Laurelwood only offers this service in the winter. We also asked Laurelwood if there was any possibility for early check in because we were traveling with kids and a baby and they were very unwilling to accommodate this and other requests. If a helpful, friendly staff is a priority in your search, I fully recommend Timberline in Snowmass.

Cons: This hotel came up as a pet friendly choice on your website, but they do not allow pets. It was only when I called them that I found this out.
This hotel is in a convenient Snowmass location. It is clean and provides a well equipped kitchen. We would certainly stay there again.

Visiting the Maroon BellsPosted Jun 17, 2014
We were very pleased with our stay at the Timberline condos. We stayed in the condo loft. We had four adults and two young kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. There was a king size bed in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the loft. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and utensils, so we easily made dinner and breakfast during our stay. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Our reason to stay here was to be able to get up early to visit the Maroon Bells the next morning, which is only a 20 minute drive away. Going through Expedia saved us at least $60 than booking direct.

Ski vacationPosted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: The 2 bedroom suite with fireplace and full kitchen. Also the hot tub beside the ski slope.
Location: Located in the upper village in Snowmass just a short walk from the Village Mall. Ski in / ski out access in the winter.
Timberline is located in the upper Snowmass Village and is an easy walk to the slopes, shops, and most restaurants in Snowmass. The 2 BR suite was comfortable for my family of 4 that includes 2 grown boys. Ski in / ski out is a great benefit. The Edge is located in The Timberline and is an excellent restaurant. Our family recommends The Timberline at Snowmass.

Return visitor. Always greatPosted Feb 1, 2014
Pros: location, staff, rooms very comfortable
Cons: The Edge as a restaurant. Nice for a drink; limited in handling volume on two nights. Two people got sick one night, but food generally good
Location: great ski mountain.
Wonderful location, wonderful service, great for family. Will return
