“Very nice”

Great hotel, very clean/comfortable and well located. I only had problems in the first days, because I couldn't get simple and organized info on the things I had to do to get my skiing ready for the next day. This is the only thing they could get better: have better and more friendly info for new skiers/guests. Other than that, the hotel was very nice!

“All I can say is WOW”

I must say that the Viceroy hotel was absolutely beautiful and full of luxury amenities. The pictures of the hotel did match the quality of the hotel. We stayed in the studio room and it was simply gorgeous and I can only imagined how the other rooms look if our room was wonderful. This is a must stay at Hotel if you are ever in the area. We just came back a couple of days ago and we are already thinking about going back again. The staff was friendly and remembered our name which was impressive. The summer time there is very beautiful. The weather was just right coming from hot Texas. The spa took my breath away.

The Viceroy Snowmass was by far an exceptional hotel. My husband and I stayed in a studio, but next time would chose 1 bedroom for the added space. Staff very friendly and recognize you with a smile and distinct greeting. Location to slopes awesome! Valet would drive you to restaurants or bus service/shuttle was available. Looking forward to a return trip.

wonderful stay! Strengths: rooms are wonderfully furnished with high quality appliances and finishes wonderful pool area and resort activities great friendly service beautiful views great restaurant great pool and sun deck area weaknesses only a valet parking option which is pricey not a lot within walking distance and road to shops was under contruction.

“Amazing Experience”

Service was great. Hotel was beautiful. Room was great- very spacious and modern. We were thrilled with everything and didn't want to leave- can't wait to come back!

“Viceroy Hotel-great bargain for a luxury hotel.”

The wi-fi service and accommodations were excellent. My only negative comment is that the fitness center, which probably isn't used much during the winter ski season, was fairly minimal and located in an isolated part of the hotel. I was there in the summer, and would have enjoyed a better fitness center

“Incredible Ski Access with Luxury Amenities”

We stayed at the Viceroy Snowmass during Valentines day week 2011. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite without even asking. The suite was beautiful, with a huge bathroom and had a great kitchenette. I did notice that some of the furniture had more signs of wear than I would have expected for a hotel as new as the Viceroy. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was great for skiing, as the ski valet and direct access to the mountain were on the 3rd floor. We were very impressed with the quality of the rental equipment, service and the price. The 3rd floor also had an asian restaurant, so we did notice the smell of asian food almost everytime we walked down the hall, which was a bit unappetizing at times. We did not receive a wake up call on the day of our departure which caused a rush to the airport, but the hotel got us there and gave us some credits to our final bill. Overall, we had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed the Viceroy!

“Great Family Retreat”

The hotel and staff were awesome! i have 3 young boys (13, 10 8) and they loved it. Rooms were very spacious and clean. from the pool staff, room and front desk staff, everyone was very attentive in making sure we had a good time. a true ski in ski out hotel and is only 50 yards from the ski lift. will definitely return next year.

Had a fantasic stay. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in a one bed apartment. Well worth the upgrade. Very luxourious. The tub was huge,great for two people. Special mention must be said for the valet. They were excellent at taking you anywhere in the local vicinity, in the suberbans supplied by the hotel at a moments notice, and were always cheerful and polite.The one criticism we had was that there were not enough bar staff or waiters waitresses in the evening in the bar area. However, it was nearly the end of season, and maybe some staff had already left.i We will definately be going back next year.
