The staff were very accommodating, they met all of our needs and requests in a very friendly and professional manner. The room was amazing and all expectations when booking this hotel were met. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Although situated slightly outside the central area the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle service very frequently which is very convenient.

“Great Hotel”

The staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean. The food was yummy but a bit overpriced. The shuttle service was fantastic. Have a 21month old daughter who the staff always accomodated. Will stay whenever in Athens again.

This hotel was close to the centre city, with good transport facilities available: tram and hotel shuttle. The hotel was very comfortable and the chance to join the Club was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic and the availablility of other refreshments during the day, as required was a real bonus. The view was spectacular and the pick-up from the hotel for booked tours was very convenient.

“Impressed”

This hotel was beautiful. A little far from things but there is a free shuttle getting into town. From there anything is possible. Food was a bit pricey but we found a small cafe within walking distance that served breakfast, lunch, dinner. Staff was always helpfull.

“Would stay again!”

This hotel is all about service. We really liked it overall. They have a great rooftop restaurant that I wish I could go to again. Don't miss it!!!! After dinner sit on deck and have a drink and a fantastic view of Athens.

What can I say, this hotel was EXCELLENT! It is not cheap, but if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed. This is a 5-star hotel! -Friendly and helpful staff -Room was amazing! It had just been renovated to a family suite - spacious, clean and beautiful! -Pool was awesome, perfect for an afternoon swim when it is soooo hot outside, great poolside service -Location of the hotel is on Sygrou Ave, which is very busy, but so close to the sites, and very accessible, especially with the free shuttle which takes you to the Acropolis and to Syntagma Square. We had an excellent stay, and would stay again, next time in Athens.

“Very Pleasant Stay”

I traveled with my family and we all felt quite comfortable at the InterContinental. It's a very good hotel and very well located. It's a sure bet for future trips.

“American family coming from Norway”

Most everything about the hotel is 5 star, except for the room. It falls a point short of 5 star and more in the vicinity of 4. I do not know about the Club rooms, but when I checked rooms in upper floor with view of Acropolis, I only noticed a differen wall panel. Everything else, including the bathroom was essentially the same and not worth the extra they would charge me. I used the hotel gym and it was quite good. We did not dine at the hotel restaurant. But, hotel bar and lobby was another 5 star. Service at the front desk and everywhere else at the hotel was top notch. I would receommend this hotel to anyone.

“Athen's Best”

My two teenagers and I had a fabulous stay in a Club Level room. We loved the room and especially enjoyed the Lounge. We would definitely return!
