The staff was super nice, breakfast was great with beautiful views from rooftop breakfast room. Only concern was very small bathroom/shower door not able to block water splashing at all, bedroom would be wet even you are super careful

The 'modern' elevator controls didn't take into account that one car was stuck on our floor. Other cars wouldn't come to the floor b/c the system thought our floor was being serviced. Also, the power in our room went out. It took 90 minutes to have it fixed. In the grand scheme that may not be too bad but we were exhausted from a 20 hour travel day and it needed sleep which wouldn't come without air conditioning. The pool was spectacular, though.

Nice big chain hotel with restaurant, bar and spa. Nice open lobby area. The hotel is busy and appears to be understaffed. Lines to check in are long. It took almost 2 hours to get our bags. Consierge not friendly or helpful and the entire hotel staff, other than the restaurant, seemed overworked. The restaurant staff were very good and porters were great with taxis.

The area around the hotel is an absolute mess lots of nudie bars seems like a bit of a red light district. The employees seem to be angry and generally unhelpful, the room had a broken refridgerator, a clogged shower and periodically the A/C would shut off and all the lights would turn on in the room. They came to fix it quicklywhen we asked if this is normal. I would stay closer to downtown if I ever went back and not at this hotel.

When we used the iron to iron our clothes… the iron would make our room blackout… that happened every day that we iron… but each time the room had a blackout the manager sent someone to repair the lights in our room… we were in room 359… that wasn’t a very good experience a blackout in a 5 star hotel

The Hotel while quoting 5 Stars was to be honest worth no more than 3 . Prices were 5 star but amenities 3 - the noise from above 745 was unreal - very very noisey - room service ringing the bell Sunday AM 8 to clean room Really !!!!!!! All in all fairly bad experience even TV did not work totally expected on a greek island BUT Grand Hyatt Never

Overall, the staff was outstanding. Restaurants, room service, etc. What truly was misleading was that they advertised the room with a king size bed, and in reality the bed was just as big as a queen size bed. When we checked in, the staff told us that the king size beds were all the same, however when we checked out the front desk rep. mentioned to us that there were deluxe king size beds, so there were different king size beds. I wouldn't have reserved a room at the Hyatt if I would have known that our room had the smaller king size bed.

Infinity pool and rooftop deck/bar with comfy loungers and incredible view was everything! and the buffet breakfast was also incredible with way more selection than you can imagine. Worth every penny!

Great breakfast offering. Excellent staff, friendly and eager to help with anything Rooms are a bit on the tight side, but functional (that’s also a European thing compared to the US). I loved the buttons for requesting room service / privacy etc. Overall excellent experience.

I have been visiting that property for years, multiple times per year. However, this was a horrible experience. The bathroom overflowed, water got everywhere, the drain was broken and full of hair. I called downstairs and asked to be moved and they declined, twice. I packed my bags and left, I spoke to the front desk and they did not even offer me a refund. I was at the hotel for less than 2 hours. On top of everything else, they wanted me to pay for parking. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
