We appreciated the staff friendliness and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Walking distance to the entrance of the Acropolis, shopping, and close to all transportation needs. If we come back, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great hotel even though the rooms are small. Bathroom size is fine. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Distance to several touristic sites is convenient and in some cases walkable

Upon arriving, my companion and I were looking forward to doing laundry as “laundry” was listed as an amenity of the hotel. However, when we asked, there was no place to do laundry in the building, instead, we were directed to a laundromat around the corner. Besides the lack of laundry and false advertising, it was a pleasant stay.

I hesitate to say what I am feeling because the Amazon will be overwhelmed by more tourists but, in fairness to them, this small hotel was next to perfect! Great staff, very nice rooms although on the smaller size, extremely well kept, great breakfasts and one block from Syntagma Square. Oh, I almost forgot, the hotel is extremely well priced. We stayed in late May when the tourist season was getting underway and the cost was around 135 euros per night!!! Our kudos to the Amazon’s owners and their staff!

Great location....city centre,but at the same time so quite. Easy proximity to all the amenities. Amazing staff,starting form the receptionist to the houses keeper. Modern hotel in the heart of Athens...Highly recommended!!!

The room size was quite disappointing. The bathroom was tiny, and you could barely move. We were not pleased with the room assigned and communicated to the staff. The staff response: "all rooms are the same." However, we booked two rooms and the other was fine. One good point was the breakfast. However, the room price was high and wasn't worth it.

Great location. So many restaurants to choose from plus shopping. Real close to Plaka and Syndgma Square. If i return to Athens will stay here again. Only complaint, a little noisy but i still slept great.

The staff were wonderful! Location fantastic! Sadly there is a metal sewer cover that makes a double smack loudly every time a vehicle hits it and this is a busy street. I was awakened more than once by the noise and it really needs to be fixed. Sunday morning the little horchata did a three hours service over the intercom and that was a bit annoying. The actual hotel has a breakfast that was amazing and included in the price. The room was a bit small but I enjoyed my time there.

The hotel front desk team are so friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and exceeded my expectations. In addition, the breakfast was the best breakfast of all Best Western properties.

The location of the BW Plus Amazon was centrally located to the Greek Parliament, the Acropolis, the restaurants and shops in Plaka. The rooms are rather small but I think that this would be true for most of the hotels in this area as many building are packed into small real estate plots with small narrow streets. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My rate included breakfast that had a good selection of breakfast foods. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I thought it was a good location from which to tour central Athens

Very good hotel, in the center of Athens, close to many atractions. Good breakfast, very helpfull staff. Room was big, quiet (no sound at all from the street below) and very clean. Recomended.
