“very nice place to stay”

We were in Athens for a college visit and decided to book a room verses staying at the dorm. The room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was great!! We will probably stay there every time we visit the college.

“not fair!!”

its really not fair that the hotel didnt have a high rating. it was a little out of the way from the college, maybe not the newest building..but....the sheets on the bed were soo white and crisp! The bed was wonderful and the most important thing is the pillows!!! They were wonderful! Not only would I stay there again, but I would recomend it to family and friends! The girl working the desk was also very nice! Thanks!!

This is a nice reasonable place to stay while staying in Athens.

“Good room, great price.”

Room had a comfortable double bed. An older room, but was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Only ding was that on a 95 degree day, the AC could not completely cool the room until after sunset (my room was facing the afternoon sun). For the price, the room was great.

“A needle in a haystack?”

Good luck finding this place in the dark. They have a tiny little sign with an arrow pointing the way off of Columbus Road. I told the front desk clerk this, and she said even those with GPS have trouble. Only because it was daylight and I drove past twice and had an exact address did I find it. Otherwise, everything was fine. The internet connection worked well. I skipped the breakfast, so I don't know about that.

“Exactly what I needed”

A friend and I stayed here while visiting OU. For the price and the area, this hotel was exactly what we needed. Nothing super fancy but comfortable.

“Clean! Needs longer breakfast times and more food choices.”

Breakfast was not available long enough and there was not anything nearby so we left hungry. The hotel was very clean and that is more important to us than a beautiful environment . A few simple color changes and it would be updated. I will go back!

“Just what I was looking for”

The receptionist was nice, the room was clean, and it was cheap. Thanks to reading other reviews on Expedia, I knew to be looking for a small sign and a long driveway, so I had no trouble finding it.

The room was clean and it was comfortable. The hotel is an older hotel and could use some external updating. The breakfast was cereal, fruit and rolls. It was a bit hard to find. The sign by the road needs to bigger. We missed it the first time by.
