Hotel for families!Posted Sep 26, 2013
Location: At night, visit the bar at the Hilton Hotel (12th floor), which is just across the hotel. It has a great view of Athens at night, incl. the Acropolis
Apartments hotel. We were a family of 5. The apartment we got had 2 bedrooms (2 beds each), and a sofa that turned into a bed. It has a small kitchen, with basic equipment. Very comfortable.

This was a nice hotel, I enjoyed my stay.Posted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: Room size
Cons: Cheap laundry services.
Location: Metro is near tho, so most things are easily accessible.
Room was a good size for one person. Good internet connection too! Breakfast is standard but tasted good. I really liked the juicer that you could use. Staff were nice, one of them even called me up at 11pm, wanting to chat to ensure that I wasnt lonely (as he knew I was travelling on my own). Nice place, nice people. The location worked well for what I wanted to do in the city. Make sure you research the area and things you want to do. Metro is near tho, so most things are accessible.

Nice hotel, convenient location.Posted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness, staff, location.
Cons: Time for a refurb, probably has not been done since the Olympics.
Location: Cafes attractions parks
We stayed with for children and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was always clean as was hotel. Plenty of cafes on street and easy walk to Syntagma and other attractions could have stayed another few days.

Great locationPosted Jul 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed in the hotel and in the apartments. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was very easy to locate since it sits behind the Hilton and is a 2 minute walk from Evangelismos metro. The rooms were also much, much more roomier than elsewhere in the city and in Greece. Our only concern was the sound of doors shutting from other rooms. This noise could be reduced if the hotel put carpet in the halls. The apartments were even better and incredibly big with separate AC units in each bedroom. I will come back

Reasonably priced and Reasonably closePosted Jun 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is NOT the Hilton or a fancy place to stay with tons of amenities. What this is, is a basic room with a shower, bed, air conditioning, a small balcony, a fridge, and a enough room to walk around without tripping over your luggage. There is plenty of cabinet/closet space if you need it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel for those folks who just want a place to sleep after they have wandered the city during the day. Reasonably close to the ancient sites and Lycabettus Hill. You can cab it to the Acropolis or do the 20 minute downhill walk via Eroum to Plaka and see Syntagma Square and museums on the way. If I come here for a personal trip again, this is where I'll stay. I do wish the bed was a little more comfortable, but hey, for a few nights I could easily bear it. It's also just a block away from the Hilton, and if you want a fancy rooftop bar you can go there.
