Great rooftop view of the AcropolisPosted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Rooftop view Bar/Restaurant on rooftop Location to the Acropolis Helpful front desk Breakfast!! (great space & food variety) Cons: Neighborhood (looks shade, but people do not bother you plus you can find cheap places to eat around that area) Room (very hot, need to keep room key in the "main slot" to keep air conditioning on) Beds (not the most comfortable, but you get what you pay for) Shower (the shower head is position in a weird place, but I found this to be common around Greek cities) Overall good experience, for our two day stay in Athens

Sooooo hotPosted Jul 3, 2014
A/c in the heat of summer did not work. Slept in a pool of sweat on very small beds. Bathroom was tiny and shower even tinier.

Surrounding area not great and Hotel a little drabPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: The bar and breakfast staff were friendly and made the hotel
Cons: Requires updating and more staff
Location: Not far from the historical must sees in Athens
The area where this hotel is situated is ideal in terms of nearby historical attractions, however, it is not pleasant to walk around casually. We travelled by cab to the nicer areas for dinner. On the first evening we had dinner in the hotel. There was only one gentleman to serve drinks in the bar, take orders in the restaurant, serve food in the restaurant and generally do everything...this obviously made the evening very long. He was extremely hard working and great to chat to though. The lift broke down whilst we were in it, which was pretty scary and there is not too much room for suitcases, which would not usually be a problem but my grandparents were with us and this sometimes caused them to either wait a long time or attempt to walk up the 10 flights to their rooms. The carpets throughout the bedroom halls were dated and dirty looking and the bedrooms quite dull and drab. However, we had a huge balcony, which would have been great with some room service facilities.

Close to everythingPosted Jun 19, 2014
It was a fairly big hotel with many rooms, a roof top pool and restaurant/bar. Because of its size, I felt like just a number and initial check-in was slow. The room was sufficient though I could clearly see a grey pipe out of the wall connecting the toilet. One disadvantage, wifi was only available in common areas. For a big hotel, in-room Internet access should be a given.

Mixed experiencePosted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Convenience to metro.
Cons: Cleanliness and maintenance.
Location: No eateries close by. Not a place to stay if you want to stay out after sundown.
I wiped off the chair and drawers in the first room and they were filthy. Seemed like the room had not been cleaned in a long time. The door of the second room would not lock. The third room was clean but the wash basin had no stopper and the elevator's down button on the floor would not light up. Rooftop breakfast lounge has a gorgeous view of Athens. Warned by three locals not to go out at night around the hotel. It's in a neightborhood where migrant workers live. In the daytime, it's safe. It's a hotel used by a lot of EU families and retirees. Front desk staff was helpful with tourist information.

best view in AthensPosted May 31, 2014
Pros: Very comfotable, quiet, clean. Room a good size.
Location: Great location for metro. Also to walk around the amazing markets and a quick stroll to great restuarants.
Excellent location. The roof terrace is a real bonus. The views spectacular. To start the day with breakfast, a swim in the pool at early evening and a drink at the end of the day before bed, all with a spectacular view ot the Acropolis.

You have what you pay for.Posted May 21, 2014
Cons: For the price it costs, nothing.
You have what you pay for. Small room, miniature bathroom, clean, but... on the border.
