“Good location”
Excellent location for visit to the Acropolis. Very good breakfast. Though there is free WiFi in lobby, there should be free WiFi in your room
“Great location and views”
Great location, was a little disappointed in the size of the pool (much smaller than the picture looked and only 9 sunbeds). Excellent choices of food at breakfast, quality of food at dinner not so great.
“Great view of the Acropolis”
We could see the Acropolis from our room, but the view from the restaurant was spectacular! Food was very good. Taxis were on strike during our stay, but the metro stopped at Syndagma square, which is only a few blocks away. The only negatives about the hotel are the price and the small swimming pool.
“Great location and view”
Electra Palace was a very charming hotel situated in a great tourist spot - you can easily walk to the Acropolis and Museum, Parliment, various other sites, and tons of shopping. There was a spectacular view of the Acropolis day and night from the hotel pool and top floor deck.
“Best Bet in Athens”
This is truely a five star hotel that should be rated 7 stars. I cant say enough about the friendly staff and top quality rooms. But the veiw from the resturant of the Acropolis at night takes your breath away and the veiw from the 7th stor deck is fantastic. I was very please with this top quality hotel.
“Would go back in a minute!”
It was a fantastic trip and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff at the Electra Palace Hotel help to make my stay in Athens, one of the best ever. I hope to go back and stay there again some day, only stay longer the next time.
“Best hotel in Athens”
The hotel was wonderfull. Staff very friendly and helpfull. They go out of there way to make such your happy. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Great view of the Acropolis. The restraunt food was great. A must stay when your in Athens. Close to everything.
“Great Hotel...........bad beds!”
The Electra Palace Hotel is a beautiful Hotel (nice breakfast buffet included), in a perfect location, with good service, but with one big mystery. Why are the beds so bad? Worst Hotel bed I've slept in for many years, in a 5 star Hotel no less. Moved on from Athens to the Brussels Marriott which has great beds, so I know it can be done. Why in the world would a great 5 star Hotel like the Electra Palace not correct this situation. Some dumb manager somewhere is detrimental to this Hotel. Just a mystery to me that these beds have not been replaced? Regardless, everything else is so good, I recommend this Hotel. Talking to the front desk manager, for sure they hear this complaint a lot. Loved Athens!
“Athen's Electra Palace Hotel - Definitely would return”
The Hotel locates at the center of Parka which is full of history. We walked to everywhere and were able to see most of the attraction in Athens in half a day. The view of Acroplis was stunning at night from the outside balcony at the end of the corridor on our room floor.
“Great hotel in Athens”
Great place and service. Great location at the Plaka near all the landmarks at walking distance. Restaurant has an incredible view of the Acropolis.
