The staff at this hotel are so helpful and friendly. Reception staff excel in making your stay outstanding, showing us bus stops, booking taxis, making recommendations, taliking about personal safety in the busy city. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful and so picturesque, watch the sunset over the Acropolis with a glass of wine or sample the deliscious menu. The location for sightseeing, buses and trains is perfect. Would highly recommend.

A great hotel except for one thing
The hotel was mostly great. It's modern, clean and stylish. The room was compact but perfect for our stay and the bathroom was lovely. The breakfasts were great, with a huge selection of items to choose from. The rooftop pool and sun loungers were so handy for when the weather got hot and you wanted to cool down (even if they were taken up quickly). The rooftop bar and restaurant was good, if a little pricey. All of the staff at breakfast, the rooftop bar and reception were very friendly and helpful. My one and only major complaint was the lack of sound insulation in our room. We could literally hear everything going on outside, including rather loud traffic noise. At weekends there were raves/house music events in venues nearby and it made it quite difficult to get some sleep.

Prime location - walking distance to any want or need you could possibly think off. Beautiful roof top patio / pool thats serves amazing food and cocktails should you prefer to stay in. This was my 4th stay and hopefully not my last. Need I say more.

The hotel is lovely- stylish, clean, well equipped and comfortable. We were told the area is a bit less safe than Plaka, but just use Uber and it’ll be fine!

What a great hotel! The food in the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Some of the best I’ve had in Greece. The watermelon salad is incredible. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Fresh Hotel. The reception staff were excellent, the decor modern and “fresh” and the rooftop was a delight. The location is convenient to visiting the Acropolis and Plaka. Lots of shopping nearby. The neighborhood appears dilapidated but not unsafe. Don’t let that discourage you from staying here. Breakfast was everything!!

Cool hotel in an urban location
Have to admit that we didn’t love the street this hotel was on. We were two women travelers and at night it feels iffy. Otherwise the hotel was fine and still in a good location when it came to proximity to seeing cultural spots. They have a really nice breakfast buffet. The roof is nice but the view is a bit obstructed by the building next door. Stocked frig in the room which is unheard of post covid so that was a plus too.

We loved our stay at the Fresh Hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was situated in a great place in Athens. We were staying for part of our honeymoon and they gave us complimentary drinks on arrival which was really nice of them. We would definitely recommend the Fresh Hotel if you are looking to stay in Athens.

For an so called eco friendly hotel, there was plastic engaged almost in all the bathroom and mini bar items. The staff either had little or no time to focus on their service to us and the bar manager was just down right rude. It just simply is not the hotel it use to be.

Good position for walking as a tourist.
Great location for walking into Psiri area for food and or drink. The Acropolis is also a short walk. The rooms are spacious but you won't get much a view. Instead go to the rooftop for this and sit and have a drink in some very comfy chairs. The only problem I found was the plugs of the hotel hairdryers didn't stay in properly. I tried 2 then gave up. Forgot to mention this when we checked out. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before. This time we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival we were given an upgrade to a suite. All sounded great until 3 hours after being in the room with AC on it was still hot as an oven. After 3 phone calls the technician finally came up and as a result we were given a down graded room (to what we originally chose). After repacking, moving, unpacking again we were finally settled in a much cooler and comfortable room. All staff were very nice about this and tried their best to rectify the issue and we were given 2 free drinks to compensate, which was very nice. However, i find it hard to believe that other guests who were given this room didn’t complain as well. We were only staying 1 night so this left a bad impression and caused a fair bit of stress for our last night in Greece before returning home. We had a similar issue last time we stayed here that was also resolved. We still like this hotel a lot and would still recommend and hope to return to it one day. All staff here are very helpful and professional. And we like the vibe and location of this hotel. The rooftop deck is great including the food, drinks and view!

The staff were so helpful and accommodating! I hosted a group of 8 girls, and they were so helpful with coordinating transportation, setting up a special dinner for us the first night with a welcome drink, making sure the rooms were ready early. The location was 10 minutes walking to Monastiraki (city center), and the rooftop terrace had a view of the Acropolis. The pool was lovely, food was fantastic at the rooftop restaurant, and the music playlist was quite lovely as well. Also, one of the largest showers I've ever had in Athens. Room was clean and comfortable/modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing food @ rooftop bar/restaurant
This is our favorite hotel in Athens. Highly recommend the rooftop bar and restaurant. The breakfast is also very good. Hope next time, we get a room upgrade as a loyal customer ( and we keep sending our friends to Fresh hotel over the years too).
