Lovely hotelPosted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: Stunning views, beautiful room with jacuzzi bath. Plenty room for us and 2 kids.
Cons: Reduce prices of food and drink. Have a restaurant serving dinner before 8pm
Stayed in a bungalow. Beautiful view. Well appointed. Friendly staff. Nice beach. Pool freezing and no shallow end. Some restaurants closed - poss due to it being October and out of season. Food/drink way overpriced. Eg cheese toastie for kids €12. Room service tray charge €15. IF prices were less I wld highly recommend it.

Very nice upscale resortPosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Even though it was full it never seemed busy.
Cons: The pricing for food and drinks
Location: Great location only 25 minutes from the airport. There are several ocean front towns in either direction from the hotel where you can explore. 50 min
We stayed at the resort for 5 days looking for some rest and relaxation. The resort is very well located only 25 minutes from the airport and the hotel arranged our transportation that worked perfectly. The resort is beautiful and well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a Mediterean bungalow that overlooked the ocean and our own semi-private beach and we were very pleased with it. We were told the hotel was fully booked but it never felt busy and there was always plenty of room at the pool or beach. The beaches were pebbles not sand and this was not ideal but typical for this area. Our breakfast was included and it was excellent with something for everyone. I guess our only negative is the cost on the resort for food and drinks as it is very expensive. Beer 10 euros and 18 for a cocktail is a little over the top especially when you can go to the adjoining public beach and pay less than half. Overall a good experience.

Lagonissi luxuryPosted Jul 2, 2012
Pros: Breakfast was a buffet which had to be seen to be believed. Fabulous
Cons: Very few local restaurants , shops or bars nearby
Location: Set on it's own little peninsular
Grand luxury indeed, but not cheap. Service and food were very good. Would we go back? YES. Staff were all charming and attentive indeed. Good that the hotel is not part of a worldwide chain.
