“Comfortable”

Check in was speedy, room new and well appointed. My son enjoyed the pool and workout area. Breakfast was great..more than donuts and juice. The breakfast area was well stocked and the employees made sure everything was warm and fresh.

“Will stay here again”

Ridiculously friendly service at front desk, clean, nice, quiet. Only complaint was that it was a little warm even with thermostat turned way down, but not a deal breaker. I just like to be cold when I sleep. Great large bathrooms, big room, comfortable bed, multiple pillows. Wished I was staying for more than 18 hours!

“Nice location off the main drag”

I had not stayed at this Hampton before but it's set up on a hill away from the busy street. It's quiet and convenient. Ruby Tuesday's and a Walmart shopping center are across the street. It's right near the OU campus and also near the intersection of US 50 and SR 33 so good road access. The hotel is pretty new and everything is in good condition. Staff are friendly. I was traveling with musicians and we played in the lobby with the hotel's encouragement.

“Very nice with one complaint”

Well maintained hotel-seems new. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. One complaint- On my checkout day I had business in the morning and when I came back to my room at 11 pm (one hour before checkout) my room had been cleaned and my personal papers had been thrown away. The desk said it is their policy to start cleaning rooms at 10 am. If they don't see a "Don't Disturb" sign and don't see suitcases in the room they assume you checked out. I figured I had the room till noon. I was irritated at the way the staff reacted. They thought it was no big deal.

Generally friendly and really nice staff. Had no problem. Walls were a bit thin and I could hear yelling down the hall - but it could have been because I was traveling on NYE. The tub was a bit lower allowing more water on the floor and tended to squeak - a lot.
