The tread mill stopped working
The door jams
/lack to the rooms, at least 217, are in need of care
Looks as if hotel being remodeled;
exercise equipment placed in lobby area,
room was middle of being remodeled and was bad workmanship. Example, handrail at toilet not attached to wall correctly.
We originally booked this hotel for 2 nights but when we arrived around 4pm it was under major construction. So much so we couldnt access the elevator through the lobby. We were asked to go outside around the side of the building to get to the elevators. I'm not kidding, see the pictures of the outside entrance. We were given a chance to cancel our stay but we had been travelling all day and I wasnt sure we could get another room so I felt we really didnt have a choice for that day. I immediately searched for another room for the second night, thankfully I was able to find one at the Comfort Suites.
I have tried to get any type of reimbursement for the 1st night but the management said since we were offered to cancel at check in any type of reimbursement wouldn't be possible. This is absolutely ridiculous that we paid extra money for this hotel only to find it in this condition. Pool was closed due to the construction. Breakfast was standing room only due to construction. Construction workers everywhere making us feel uncomfortable about trying to get around their work area. Ice machine wasnt even working that day. And we can't even get anyone to consider any type of reimbursement is mind boggling. Dont take my word for it, look at the pictures.
We stayed at Comfort Suites the second night for half the price and twice the comfort. We see you now Hampton Inn!!
The pillows were awful . The bathroom had hair on the shower walls along with some nasty stuff that looked like poop. The bottom of the tub was gritty. The ac sounded like it was gonna quit at any time and the refrigerator was not cold. There must not be any insulation bc we heard our neighbors talking and getting ready and every time their door closed it was really loud in our room!
We stay at this location at least twice during football season. The location is convenient and the staff is always pleasant.

Quiet place with restaurants near by
We had a quiet relaxing weekend away. The hotel needs to be updated but it was clean and had a decent breakfast. Our blackout shade was torn when we arrived but not too bad as to wake us too early.
Reservations Requested king bed, was given 2queens. Changed rooms, second room had funny smell and busted lock on door to an adjoining room . Third room -ok

The Hotel in general was run down. Our room smelled musty. I was disappointed as I often stay at Hampton Inns because they are nicer than most Hotels. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
It was late when we arrived. The rooms were not clean. There was urine in the toilet upon entering in rm 321. The rms had a bad odor. 116 smelled like someone was smoking, 321 had a bad odor. Price was over charged.
I was told my credit card did not go thru or bad card and they charged me again 147.44.I checked in upon arriving in my room checked this out and I had already paid thru Expedia and clerks claim was false. I asked for a return too my credit card and they assured me that it would be. Now on the Monday after my stay the charge showed up on my card . Very upset with this fraud would like my money returned.

The hotel was old/ dated. Room was clean, service good, we did have an odd smell in room, like a mix of mold and cleaning supplies. It was fine for a one night stop over in our trip, but I wouldn’t want to have an extended stay there.

The bed was hard, the pillows were flat and the heating/AC system was loud.
Not really up to what I expect and have previously been accustomed to with Hampton properties. Stains and cracks in the ceiling, wall thermostat not working, elevator very jerky. Just seems like it's overdue for a total overhaul.
This property was nice until I saw a big bug going down the wall in the bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor and I hate bugs. It ruined my whole weekend. I would not sleep and I kept the lights on all the time.
Hotel was dirty, and service lacking. I was double charged, with no solutions by manager. I paid hotels.com in advance of stay, and the hotel also changed my debit card (which I put on hold for incidentals). She would just say she would look into it. Still waiting
Moldy smell in room. Carpet tiles loose on floor. Bed squeaky. Planned to stay several nights check out and went somewhere else after one stay. Not what I consider enjoyable.

Was good for the price and the staff was great and very helpful.
The room was very clean and they had hand sanitizer on ever floor by the elevator door.
This is an older Hampton Inn. When booking at a Hampton Inn you have a certain expectation as the chain is consistently very good. This location is lacking in a lot of ways. Drab, older decor. Getting a little run down. They are taking short cuts on maintenance and it's starting to show. 30% over priced for what you get.
It was ok. Not the usual Hampton Inn quality. Room not as large, too cramped coming in door and pitiful closet. Too much money for quality of facilities
