Best Stay in CommercePosted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: The clean and fresh room tops the list. The pillows were great too....not worn out but big and fluffy!! Ahhh!!
Cons: Unable to set the alarm clock. Housekeeping could maybe check the time each day?
Location: In town to attend a GSU football game. Easy drive to Athens, Stone Mtn., Chateau Elan Winery, Starbucks, and Krispy Kreme donuts! Perfect!!
The staff at this Hampton Inn are by far the friendliest my husband and I have encountered in a long time. They seemed more like our freindly neighbors next door! Always had a "hello" and "do you need anything" for us on our way in and out.

Nice hotel near plenty of restaurants, shoppingPosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: comfortable, clean, quiet
Location: Several nice restaurants nearby, Tanger Outlets within a mile.
In the area to visit daughter in college, busy weekend and hard to find a place to stay. Got our reservation just in time. Tricky to find at first, but nice and secluded. Even though full, food was plentiful, no problem parking.

Unfortunately, there was a closed off/blocked area in front on the hotel which took away from the appearance outside. However, the coffee and hot breakfast were good as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. The room was nice and clean. We booked a king bed for two people; a third person joined us on our trip after we booked the room. The front desk employee (Jessica) was very helpful in finding a roll away bed. All staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The continental breakfast was good and we liked the variety of food available. The hotel was located near many resturants and a Tanger Outlet Mall. We will definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.

The sheets are cleaned with Bleach, and for the money it was a really well rounded package. The best part is that no matter what time it is there is always coffee, juice, and tea in the lobby. I must have been down there ten times a night just getting free stuff. The only down side is that if you forget something there you might as well kiss it good bye, because as nice as they where while there they are horrid about getting your stuff back to you.

Convenient for My PurposesPosted Feb 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The young lady at the front desk, Rebecca, went out of her way to make me comfortable and to ensure I was in a room away from a "group" that could be loud. She was very friendly and helpful.
