“My good experience in Greece”

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, very approachable and pleasent, full of information and always willing to go the extra mile to help. the hotel location is smashing, just the sort of place my children love: close to the beach, and tram. The food was good and mostly fresh, especially the bread was always warm also good variety of fruits and dessert. However I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom as there was foam coming out from the drain everytime my son had a shower, and the toilet needs a good scrubbing as it is full of limescale. The room was kept clean and was comfortable, just a little bit hot at nights

“Splendid Hotel.”

This was a fine hotel, at a modest price, located conveniently half way between the port and the airport. It had adequate food service, pluse a good bar. The staff was excellent, the room clean and spacious, and the view of the bay spectacular.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Bus and tram were conveniently near and the sea a 5 minute stroll away. Choose a sea-view room for amazing views. I recommend the London! Caroline

Very friendly, helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful sea view. Tram to the shops of Glyfada is near and buses also Location on main road, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

“Great base from which to see Athens.”

Besides being a good hotel it is the location and good local transport links that made it for me. The x96 bus to/from Airport (5 EURO) and Trams 3/5 to/from Athens centre (1.20 EURO). Athens itself is not a very attractive city so it's good to escape when not doing the "sites".

just arrived back home after 9 days and wish i was still there this hotel was A1 breakfast was great the staff are the sooo nice and welcoming made me feel very wanted i loved them all and i am a clean freak so was very pleased to see this hotel was very clean my room was cleaned and clean towels every day i recommend this area and this hotel veryyyyyy much ,thank you to all the staff you did the hotel justice i had a wicked holiday and will be back to stay at london hotel we stayed from 21st /30oct 2011 in room 314 ,A++++++

“Would go back”

The Hotel London is situated across a quite road from the beach, and a tram stop that takes you straight into Athens city centre. When it comes to value for money, this is really hard to beat. One small criticism that affected us... We booked a family room (three of us). To accommodate this, they provided an extra bed but as a result they removed the dresser, kettle and coffee making facilities! The staff could not have been more helpful, they are very friendly. I would recommend this hotel, and would go back if I ever return to Athens.

“Just the right spot”

The hotel was situated very close to the fantatsic tram service (approx 40 mins into Athens centre) which costs only 1Euro per person each way - fantastic! and only a few yards fro a bus stop where you can pick up an express bus that will take you to the airport for 3.5 Euro per person - amazing! Rooms clean, staff welcoming, breakfast let it down a bit but all in all we ere happy and would stay there again as it was so convinient for travellling into Athens and the town of Glyfadas were there were restaurants and shops.

“SO small!! Limited services.”

The hotel was a little hard to find because of trees on the street. Very limited parking. The room for four people was so tiny, you could barely walk around the two double beds. There was no closet and the bath was so small that the door could not even open all the way. The staff was nice, but could not make a currency exchange, and all the banks were closed. We arrived on a Friday and could not get any Euros until Monday! The breakfast was good and the dining staff was very accomodating.
