The front desk staff is very polite and helpful for us to call for Taxi to airport and get breakfast half hour early next morning to accommodate our schedule.

If I had been able I would have given this hotel a 4.6. That wasn't possible and it was certainly better than a 4.0. As I said it wasn't perfect but the staff was nice. It has a good location, It was a newer facility and the rate was a bargain. I would definitely stay there again.

Very small rooms and the hotel is located on a small road. Good location to the main town square. Breakfast is very average, and not refilled so you have to be quick in the morning

The hotel has a modern design with nice flooring and furniture. The staff are very nice and the reception is open 24h The location is very good You can reach all the touristy places quickly without any need in public transportation Just note that it is a bit noisy at night

The property was ok, but there were problems with the electronic room key (requiring use of a physical key) and WiFi access. Staff were as helpful as could be and this made the stay better. The neighborhood was typical old Athens neighborhood with lots of noise.

Very small room. Tv cut in and out, we were told it was a signal problem. Breakfast is not really worth it, but there are great food choices around the corner

Air conditioning went out and it took way too long, days, to get fixed. Staff was nice but never offered anything to offset the inconvenience. They kept saying it would be fixed in hours but that’s not what was happening

This Hotel & Room was very small. OVER PRICED!! To get to the lift four steps, the lift fit 2 people just, which made it difficult to carry bags up & in lift! Breakfast wasn't anything special,we only had breakfast once!! Won't be staying again.!!

Roof top terrace not available for guests. False advertising there. Pictures on Expedia was what prompted me to book this hotel. No hot water occasionally and difficult to get get ac to work. Receptionist fixed that for us. Very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Noisy area.

Convenient and very accommodating. Value for money. If view of the acropolis is required book levels 5 and 6 which have different room types otherwise not much of a view.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything and in a vibrant area. The hotel is clean and modern. However, the air conditioning was working but hardly cooled the room. The reception staff lacked knowledge to be helpful.

We arrived late due to a delayed flight delay and had transportation set up ahead. I was in constant contact with the hotel via this app. The staff there were amazing and so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed when we checked in at 1 am! The room we had was nice and perfect for what we needed. The room we had faced the street and was a little noisy at night when trying to sleep but nothing you can block out. The breakfast was nice and the location was near the center of Plaka which by the way is absolutely adorable and so full of life and fun.

Short stay in City.
Hotel was compact but accommodation could not be faulted. Comfortable bed and good shower. Only one small lift for all but spiral staircase straight to rooms on floors.Breakfast pretty simple with a few hot items but enough to get you going for the day. Had a decent view of the Acropolis shame there was television aerials in the way. Close to main bus depot and train station for getting to and from airport. Good location for seeing the city sights. Main shopping street just round the corner. Everything you need on your doorstep. Overall happy with the hotel👍
