Very nice hotel within walking distance to Ohio University. We found this hotel to be well maintained, quiet, convenient parking and reasonably priced.

I stayed here for two nights while in-town to run a marathon and ate three meals in "Cutlers." Athens has lots of fast-food (it's a college town), but this is the closest to fine-dining it offers. Lovely presentation of a basic American menu made from seasonal ingredients. Everyone was very courteous and the facility was well-maintained, although the bathrooms were a bit spartan for what is otherwise a pretty nice hotel by small town standards

“Charming”

I was in Athens to visit my daughter, who is a graduate student at OU. The Inn was less than a 5-minute drive from her apartment. It was very nice and clean.

The hotel is great. The staff there are friendly and helpful and patient.. The onsite restaurant has great food and so does the bar where you can eat. The rooms and beds are comfortable. One thing I wish they had in the rooms are small refrigerators and microwaves.

Pricey, since it was during orientation, but so were the other hotels in area. The staff was very courteous and friendly, bed was very comfortable, and the pool area was wonderful.
