Excellent location with beach and tram access

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Hotel was clean with an excellent breakfast buffet. The tram with access to the entire coast and heart of Athens stops right outside the hotel. A few more steps past the tram puts you on one of the best free access beaches of athens. The room was not exceptional, but it was better than average and had a fridge that would serve well with a supermarket right next door. It was absolutely perfect for our purpose, and the staff were courteous and professional. I give it a strong 4 and would certainly go back again.

Nice Hotel home away from home

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Great Hotel and very good staff
Cons: Put new style tv. Free internet in the bed rooms.
Location: Hotel is near breach and public transport. Great location to go anywhere in Athens
Great Hotel and very good staff TV works, but old CRT screen not Flat screen. Rooms do not have free internet connection, but free internet in hotel lounge. Breakfast is good.

Fantastic location and friendly/helpful staff

Posted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: location. price and staff
Cons: Food quality(except breakfast) and red wine quality
Location: beach, airport and city center. The ocean view rooms are noisy as high traffic area
This was the first hotel we stayed in Greece and one of the best for the quality price. Direct and easy access from the Athens airport, X96 bus from door 5 at the airport for 5 Euros. Stops is directly in front of hotel. Travelling in and out of Athens is easy with a tram stop across from hotel. Staff provides detailed written instruction ob tram and metro services. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool and bar. Friendly and hepful staff. Breakfast buffet was quality and vast amount of food selection and keep replenishig. Other food areas in restaurant and Ocean front Taverna are only ok. The red wine is horrible!

Perfect location for waiting for yacht charter

Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Cons: There was no safety box in the room, but perhaps it's not needed in this hotel. The hotel is located about 30 mins by tram from downtown of Athens.
Location: This hotel is located next to a X96 bus stop called EDEM. There is a beach across the street from the hotel. There is also a tram stop.
This hotel is very well maintained and perfectly located to enjoy the sun on local beaches. It is located across from the Alimos Marina. The breakfast is excellent and was served from 7 am until 10:30 am. Next to the hotel there is a large food supermarket serving the marina. It takes at least 40 minutes to get to the airport by X96 bus. The room I was staying in was opposite the main street so it was very quite, but the street gets very busy during the day and evening.

Could do with a double glassing upgrade if you are going for business avoid at any cost or demand a rear view room it is not pretty but at least you will sleep.

central location with good transport links

This hotel is excellent value for money with the best staff ever. They were so helpful and friendly and contributed greatly to the enjoyment of my stay in Athens. The breakfasts were very tasty offering a wide selection of foods and the roof terrace with pool, offered one of the best views ever.

Reasonably priced option

Posted May 18, 2014
The hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The beds were very hard. The area is not the nicest. There is lots of traffic on busy road/highway in front. The tram to downtown is right in front but it is 45 minutes to downtown. The pool is unheated and has limited hours. It closes at 7:00 pm so we couldn't use it to cool down after a day of sightseeing as planned.

Not an airport hotel

Posted May 16, 2014
Pros: Breakfast and rooftop pool area.
Cons: Free WIFI in rooms. This is the 21st century, after all.
Location: Across a busy road from the beach. Not too many restaurants nearby. You could bus to downtown if you want.
This is a nice hotel but there is no way that it is only a few km from the airport. The X96 bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel but it took us one hour and five minutes to get there. At 5:30 am it took 45 minutes to get back to the airport from the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel rooftop pool is very nice and breakfast is excellent. WIFI is free in public areas but ridiculously expensive in the room. Charging for WIFI is a very outdated and annoying practice.

Nice hotel on the sea.

Posted May 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
A great location on the sea with friendly staff, a great breakfast and convenience. Easy to get to from the airport by the X96 bus (get off at Edem stop right outside the front door). Easy to get to central Athens with the #5 tram right across the street. TIP: sea view is street view and very noisy; if you want a quiet room ask to face the rear.
