“very nice hotel for a very low rate”

very nice hotel, very clean. The price was right.

“It was all right”

Good location on the outside of Athens. Near Wal-mart, Kroger's, Lowe's, Bob Evans and several other businesses. Water pressure excellent. Comfortable beds, thin walls. Fit and finish of the room was not up to par. I would stay there again if I were just staying for a day or two. My main concern would be more with the builder than with the amenities.

“Reasonable price, not too bad.”

The hotel was alright--nothing fancy, but definitely not the worst I've seen. The most upsetting thing was that, at the continental breakfast (which didn't even have fresh fruit), my friend had brown flecks floating in her water as a result of the water & juice machine being dirty.

“Rude Staff”

The owner was working the front desk when I got there and was down right rude. Overall, clean, ok bed, smaller old tv...

“Wouldn't Stay Here Again”

The check in process was not pleasant. The check out process was even worse. The desk clerk would NOT give me a receipt since I booked the stay with Expedia. She was extremely rude and uncooperative. I ended up walking away very dissatisfied. I would NOT stay here again.
