“Pleasant Surprise! Stylish, Nice Gym and Location”

A nice surprise! A stylish hotel in downtown Athens, convenient location for access to Syntagma, Omonoia, Monastiraki, Psirri, Thiseio, and Acropolis. Cool Gym! And nice modern and stylish colorful rooms :) Very nice Breakfast, too!

Wonderful breakfast. Dinner pricey but hotel is close enought to square where wonderful cheeper restaurants are located. Noisy at night.

“Clean & Modern”

This hotel is very clean and modern. The surrounding location of the hotel looks a little run down and dodgey but is not as bad as it seems. Had no problems during day or night getting to and from the hotel by foot. Good location for trains/transport and very central to the fantastic sights of Athens and also a good shopping area. Awesome breakfast selection and good service all round. The restaurant within the hotel has great food at reasonable prices, so worth a try one evening. I definately recommend staying here.

“Fab hotel!”

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was superb, loads of fresh food. The modern minimalist decor was pleasant and the roof top terrace would be fab in the summer (although we were there in the autumn there are great views and places to relax). The hotel is located in an area which is slightly down at heal, but is very close to the main attractions and metro stations. Would definantly stay there again.

“A Great Boutique Hotel”

The Fresh Hotel was exactly what we wanted. It's clean, modern and a little edgey. The staff were all extremely helpful and gave us alot of good recommendations for bars and restaurants. The hotel's rooftop bar has a great view of the Parthenon, and the pool (also on the roof) although a little small would be a nice place to cool down at the end of the day. The hotel is walking distance from all the main sites (although I might not be saying this if we'd been there in August). We'll ceratinly be recommending the hotel to all our friends.

“Great Design Hotel”

The hotel is great. Beautiful and chic contemporary design, excellent service, delicious breakfast, walking distance from the Metro that takes to the Acropolis and souvenir shopping area (you can also walk if you want to). The terrace with looks to the Parthenon is amazing...

“Small and slick boutique hotel”

The Fresh Hotel was more stylish than I expected. Then again, Athens was far more stylish and hip than I expected as well. They have a cafe culture similar to Paris and a restaurant, bar, and club scene that doesn't get going until late. But back to the hotel - very design forward with a young, professional, and efficient staff. Our room wasn't ready so we went to the rooftop bar, which is really beautiful and relaxing and again, very modern. The pool was well attended. It straddles a seedy neighborhood but there is a large police precinct next door as well, so the area isn't dangerous, just seedy. It's a short walk to sunnier pastures. In keeping with the newer hotel standards the room and bathroom, while ultra modern and clean, were quite small. Very NYC style and a tight fit for two, each with their own large suitcase and a carry-on. There was nowhere to store the bags, really. Also, the pool quickly reaches capacity on the weekend. Athens is hot, and after a long day of outdoor sightseeing a little pool time seemed like a nice idea. Unfortunately everybody else had the same idea and there were bodies draped everywhere. It got a little tight and uncomfortable.

“Best choice!”

I have to try hard to find something wrong with this hotel! Even if my staying was sort (3 days), I'm very satisfied from the overall image of this hotel. The hotel is full of vivid colors and it's like an oasis in the middle of Athens! What impressed me the more is that all the staff were very friendly and ready to serve any need. It's situated between two subway stations, approx. 5 minutes walking, from where you can go everywhere in Athens. If you are a little familiar like me, you can even go directly from the Athens airport to the subway station next to the hotel and walk for just a couple of blocks. I booked an executive double room which had more than enough space. There is Wi-Fi access in every room paying a small fee, otherwise you can use one of the available computers to check your emails for free! The breakfast had plenty of choices for every taste. You can enjoy a spectacular view of Athens drinking by the pool bar on the roof. The hotel has also a fully equipped gym & sauna, even if I didn't have the time to try them! One of the best choices of this hotel category.
