Only thing good about this Hotel is that it’s in a good location, just a couple of stops from everything. Looks a little rough but we felt safe. I’m by far fussy so this is an honest review. Reason for my poor rating is the rooms are very small with basic facilities no tea or coffee facilities and just 4 hangers in the wardrobe. Found out after the 2nd day our window had been left unlocked. Which was on a fire staircase! You can hear everything in the hallways. On our last day a group of people checked in at 3am and were very noisy. Had to ask them to be quiet. I was also annoyed with the fact I booked the room with breakfast (even paid extra) and upon arrival was told we did not have breakfast. Receptionist would not view my paperwork and informed me to contact Expedia. She said this happens a lot. After speaking with Expedia who said to pay for it and be reimbursed, I called the receptionist to discuss but explaining this should not be the case. She was very rude, told me it’s nothing to do with the hotel it’s Expedia fault and said ‘what do you want me to do, give you free breakfast’ Zero customer service and very rude. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.

Very nice and super clean hotel with a great friendly staff. They were always helpful. The night bartender was wonderful, enjoyed seeing her in the evenings in the patio.Close to metro and a supermarket.

The hotel staff were very friendly and it's located close to the metro so has very easy access. I travel a lot and the room however was a bit on the small side as the bed took up a lot of space and was quite cramped. However, the only real disappointing thing was there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Every hotel i've ever stayed at has a kettle but this was the first that didn't which was quite shocking actually! Also, the breakfast option should be far cheaper, how much does one actually eat anyway? A couple of croissants and coffee shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. But if travelling on a budget, this place is more than adequate since I never spend much time in the hotel anyway; I was busy exploring. Would give it a 6.5/10

Clean rooms, tasty food and great customer service
I had an amazing experience staying at white lotus hotel. THe front desk clerks were very helpful with giving us directions to wherever we needed to go etc. they were very attentive to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Each and every worker were nice, starting from the front desk to the restaurant and waitresses. Thank you white Lotus for your hospitality.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, good shower pressure / warmth. It was my first night in Athens and I arrived fairly late. It was a pleasant stay. I think the neighbourhood might be slightly further from the city than others places and it was a bit quieter. The room was nice and better than the hotel I stayed at the next night for a tour for a similar price

The hotel is good for the price. Room are small but clean, breakfast buffet is excellent. However I was very disappointed with the staff assistance. The hotel is located in a safe area of Athens but too close to one of the most unsafe areas of the city. When I requested information about a restaurant located only at 15 minutes walking distance, nobody warned me about the dangerous neighborhood and I almost found out having a real bad experience.

A very clean and comfortable hotel that is close to the train station and only 2 minutes from the metro station. Staff were wonderful and the room very ckean and quiet. I woykd definitely stay again.

Great spot!
It was an easy (20 minute) walk to all the tourist destinations. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. We walked over to To avgo to kokkoro (the egg of the rooster) and it was so good we ate there twice. Great experience.

Great room for a vacation!
The hotel clean and cheery. While the room was small it was comfortable and clean with great air conditioning!! If you going to Athens to see the sights then this is an excellent spot. It was about a 30 minutes cab ride from the airport but very close to all the main points of interest. The staff were amazing. Spoke English, gave great directions, and took care of our every need.

Great hotel with friendly service
We stayed at the White Lotus Hotel for 5 nights and It was a great stay, The staff were really friendly from when we checked in and throughout the stay. They were really helpful with recommendations and there was always plenty of breakfast every morning. The Wifi was good and it was just a 1 minute walk to the nearest underground station, which was 2 minutes to Omonia

The hotel is ok but it's far from Dubai in the map it looks closer but if you're looking to stay near sharjah down town so this hotel is good for you.

Bed is not the worse
Sleepable, insular, small but astonishing confortable to sleep quietly although in the middle of the city. No view staying here means less noise. Parking is convoluted. It's free but you must check it and get a pass & directions to their free valet- parking struture. Staff are accommodating enough in person, not much by phone. Room windows are not very secure; they also are visible from other room windows. There is no other view so just close the windows and shut the curtains at all times. The housekeeping were clean and accommodating. The Entrance address of the hotel is locked & really another door around the corner.

Diamond in the rough
Very clean and spacious room. The sraff were excellent. Took lots of time recommending restaurants and points of interest. We were not allowed to bring drinks on from an outside facility, thought that was a bit odd. The area around the hotel alittle Bronx looking but soon realized the whole city looked the same. Very close to the metro station and the National Arcological Museum. Overall great value.

Can I move in?
Let me say this is not a 5 star resort, and I couldn't care less! I write this little blurb on the patio of my room which I have dubbed the tree house. It sits in a courtyard of buildings and is so quiet and relaxing. The room is clean, it is not new, but it is well maintained. No complaints. My room has a small kitchen area with everything I needed (iron and a wine opener!). The space really gives you that old world Mykonos feel. It is super charming. The location is amazing! It is right in the heart of Mykonos town allowing you to get anywhere you want fast. I just took a bus across the island to a beach, the station was close, the ticket cheap, and the ride quick. Truly if you want a place to cut loose, not spend a lot of money, and get away this is your spot. I do NOT want to leave. The only con's are the beds are very firm and if you are taller than 6'2 you have to watch your head in the bathroom area. I say this as someone who is 6'2, but have yet to actually bang my head.

Nice accommodation. If coming in late at train station be sure to take a cab. Not sure you would want to walk in the neighbourhood at night. Driver had trouble finding as name on building was lotus Athens and not white lotus.

hotel is very close to metro station
hotel very nice, quiet place. the receptionist is very helpful ,they can guide you for anywhere you want to go and they always exist . i broke a glass cup but they didn't charge me for it. the breakfast 10 euro a little bit expensive.

Comfortable hotel, close to the metro.
Nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel staff was polite, professional and very helpful. The hotel location is very good. In a one minute walk one can get to the metro and from there to all Athens attractions. My wife and I enjoyed our staying in the White Lotus hotel.

Convenient location
Hotel staff was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. Location was very convenient to the subway and the starting point of Hop on Hop off tours. We were able to walk to the Archaeological Museum from the hotel, it was about a mile away. The neighborhood was rather run down but felt safe.

White Lotus Luxury Accomodation - very good choice
This is a wonderful choice for a family in Athens. Family room is just too good, very good spread for breakfast and within 10 min walking distance from Omonia Square. Front desk is very helpful - we reached quite late at the hotel ; well past midnight but check in was very smooth. Would surely recommend

This hotel is a hidden jewel. The price is right, rooms extremely clean, hotel staff were very helpful by showing us the best routes and things to do while we were there. They even gave us directions (at 9pm) to the supermarket. Even though they aren't located in the heart of the city we found it very easy to use the metro which is extremely inexpensive. You can buy a 4 day rail pass for a minimal cost. While you are in the metro tunnels. Look at some of the artifacts while you are waiting.

A great room in Athens
Great hotel, 50 seconds away from Metaxourgio Metro Station. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are modern. Food in the hotel is also to a good standard. No nonsense check in and check out. I will be returning to this hotel as it is perfect base for exploring the great city of Athens.

Quaint hotel maybe a bit too far from centre
The hotel is very close to the metro and the staff are great! From the front desk to the restaurant attached. However, there is nothing in the area very close by. Although the metro is close and nearby,just light shopping is not possible in the area. There are also a few people roaming around between the hotel and the metro that might worry a few people, especially women who may travel alone. The room is also a bit small, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel shame about location
We found the hotel pleasant, clean and accessible. But it has to be said the staff made the hotel an excellent experience. We found them to be very polite, friendly and we were always greeted with a smile. They were very helpful and informative of places to visit, providing maps and travel info.
