Check in was easy, though the management should be better updated on the Service Dog laws. They were polite and open to understanding when I checked in. Hotel was quiet and clean, very good for the price and the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel.

While the room itself was clean and the beds comfortable the building and surrounding area was shabby. To be fair there was a beautiful park 2 minutes away but the staff didn't know about it when I asked for an area to exercise ny dog. Also the breakfast was only packaged pastry and powdered creamer for tea and coffee.

It was an ok place to sleep in on the way through. Room had alot of small issues (for example the bathroom light didnt work) but i didnt feel like bringing it to the front desk staff as they didnt seem to be having the best night. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly but the person working with him was having a rough day by the looks/sounds of it. Didnt get to experience the continetal breakfast as we wanted to hit the road before it was served at 7. Room was quiet and was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Tub constant dripping faucet. Room is old. Cleaning service walked in twice without knocking or announcing themselves. Very noisy road noise. what breakfast?Wrapped pastries, coffee and juice machine with some fruits.

The check in lady & check out lady we’re both delightful - pleasant, cheerful, helpful & friendly….. Room was very clean. The grab & go breakfast was ready when we left at 4:30 a.m. Two good restaurants nearby - our favourite Ruby Tuesday & also Applebees. We would definitely stay there again.

They charged me $60 extra for my 2 tiny dogs. It never said there would be an extra charge. I would have chosen a different hotel. What is that for? Also, the rugs were extremely dirty. After walking on the carpet, the bottom of my feet were solid black. The sheets had worn holes in them and the bed shirt was all discolored. The worst hotel we ever stayed at. Could not get a decaf coffee for our second stay, they said they couldn’t find any.

I didn't really do anything while I was there, it was just a pit stop between Baton Rouge and Maryland... But I was able to rest well and get back on the road with no problems.

hotel seemed dirty trash outside door refrigerator not working told housekeeping nothing done was there 3 days and lost any food that needed to be cooled
