Noisy people smoking outside at 12am ,3am , 5am, 6am keeping us awake. Found out from desk they have a resident next door to our room has been there for a year, sits outside and smokes constantly. No remedy or partial refund offered from desk in morning, just "sorry".

Really nice people. Our room was clean, breakfast was good. For an overnight stay, it was OK. The room had a strong smell of antiseptic and was kinda dark. It was good for the price, but I'll probably try another place next time, just pay more. I couldn't get over the smell.

This Quality Inn is a good value for the price. Pretty plain, really, but perfect for an inexpensive nite's stay. Bed was comfortable (king), everything worked in the room, room was clean, breakfast exceeded expectations. Sausage and eggs in addition to the usual juice and cold cereal.

The problem we had was with out keys. We had two doors to our room-one outside entrance and one inside entrance. Our key cards would change the door panel to green but would not open the doors. (neither the inside or the outside). The manager had to come to open the door for us.

Very professional staff clean room hot shower"heaven". Breakfast was satisfactory just enough to hold you over. Could use a pancake maker. A little strange having 2 doors

Great trip!
Staff is very nice. Great pool. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. Sweetwater is so picturesque. Hotel is close to all the town has to offer plus interstate.

Nice overnight stay
Check in quick and easy, friendly staff. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room a little dated but clean and well stocked with towels, cups, coffee. Easy on and off interstate. Gas station next door

They did have a very nice breakfast. They also had a door on each side of the room. It was easy to go inside the building or go right out to the parking lot. The only thing that I had an issue with was noise. We was right among what appeared to be road workers. They was up all night and noisy especially when some came in and others left.

Our room was gross, there were cheetos laying on the ground, there was a comb in the corner, lots of white powder on the floor, stained pillow cases, we were charged $60 for an extra person when there wasnt one. Receptionist at the front at check out said the managers mother is notorious for doing this, my husband and daughter have bug bites on arms. Luckily my son and i dont have any. It was a complete and utter disaster

Checked in. Room not clean. Furniture chair arms extremely dirty. bathroom had mold and dirt in corners. asked to see another room which was unacceptable also. we asked to cancel the room.
