Nice view to the city.

It was very good and close to major attractions. Hotel was very modern, I loved the Bliss products, that won me over, and the view. For a weekend it's just perfect!

Great location, not the cleanest...

Hotel staff was very friendly, until I told them there was a person already in our room. Got another room but it had a previous guest's socks in it.

We were within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They answered my questions without hesitation and were willing to help point in the right direction of places to eat, since it was my first visit to the area.

Pros: Location
Location: Location near downtown Atlanta with most of our points of interest nearby.
From checkin to checkout, everything was very professional and pleasant. Room was clean and modern with no problems.

For Business

Cons: The lighting in the room
Location: It is about a 10 minute walk from the CNN center, Aquarium, and Coca-Cola Museum.
Staff were excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that it was very dark in the room even with lights on. I would stay here again for business purposes.

Disappointment in ATL

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: Better communication, lighting in rooms
Location: We had everything pre planned, so we didn't look around
Our room was poorly lit and the air was improperly circulated. One bed got all the heat and the other didn't get any at all. I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and that aspect of the hotel was okay. I was in town for a concert and we took a cab to the concert and then expected to do the same for the end of the night. After 20 minutes of trying to find a cab outside and calling cab companies around town we decided to call the hotel. My mom called the hotel five times to get assistance back to the hotel and the employee said they'd get someone to us. The one person they sent sped past us, did not stop at all. The both of us (women) were stranded at midnight in Atlanta without a way to get back. We had to share a cab with a couple of girls. Once we arrived back at the hotel we asked for the person who we were speaking with and they said he had left however we think he was avoiding us. This hotel sucks at helping customers when they need help.

Pros: Rooms were quite, did not hear air/heat run at night (this is a plus). Beds were compfortable, lighting very low.
Cons: Room lighting & wifi (connecting & staying connected) sucked. Valet service if you are going to charge to park a vehicle.
Not exactly the easiest hotel to get to. Wifi sucked, had 2 computers, are to connect and stay connected...very weak signal. No valet service, you have to park your own vehicle and retrieve it, and they still charge you $20. Unorganized at check in.
