I actually booked this Marriot by mistake - I had meant to book the one nearer the sky train. Quite a way out from the airport and busy hotel; shuttle only goes to domestic terminal and should also go to the international terminal, check in line quite long.
Room adequate for a overnight stay.
I requested a freezer bag be put into the hotel freezer overnight but the staff only put it in the regular fridge thereby spoiling the contents.

Service for both meals I had was terrible Each time I needed something I had to track down a waiter for every part of the meal. At lunch it took the waiter over 45 mins to bring me my check. The meal took an hour and a half.
Rooms were outdated Door would not
Close all the way on its own. Loud in the hallways late at night Will never stay there again

Dirty wet tissues in bathroom on floor next to trash can, stain on bedding that looks like bodily fluids, empty shower gel bottle hanging in shower that we didn’t realize was empty until getting in shower. Not happy and very disappointed in this Marriott hotel.

John-I apologize for any miscommunication. We do have a vending machine on the first floor as well as an overnight menu that includes sandwiches and salads. We will make sure our team is better prepared to share this information. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Airport shuttle was great, it runs about every 15 minutes, not on a set schedule, just look for the Merriot name on the shuttle bus.

One night stay very close to the airport had pretty much all the amenities that you could want although I didn't use any of them, restaurant look nice. Probably one of the better Marriotts that I've stayed at in a long time. Most courteous and efficient airport transfers ever!

Customer service front desk poor social skills. Manager had to intervene. Manager very professional able to solve problems. Room surface clean only. You can tell room unsanitary.

Staff was amazing. Manager was fantastic close to the airport. Food quality was great including the breakfast buffet. My experience with the hotel was much better than my experience with Expedia. I chose the wrong date on Expedia and called immediately and was told there is nothing they could do as it was nonrefundable. I pleaded my case and said that I didn’t want to refund I just wanted the date changed and again was told there was nothing they would do. The manager of the hotel on the other hand, immediately rectified the situation.
