Pros: Very clean and excellent design.
Cons: Customer Service trainin in Open Bar area and Food and Beverage staff. They did not smile or seem to want to be there.
Room rates are excellent for the facility. Food prices good, however, Beverage very high priced. Staff seemed unfriendly in the Bar area by the front desk.

The staff is great and the valet service is on point . No hidden fees or shadiness !! The drinks are pricey but all in all very nice experience. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy.

Overnight stay at airport

Pros: Location and quality
Convenient location and quality room. Good shuttle service (every 15 min), but it can get overcrowded sometimes. Also, if you are coming from international, do not exit at the international terminal. Instead, go through the "Connecting Flights" and take the plane train from Terminal F to Terminal T. Otherwise, you'll have to wait outside for the airport's shuttle bus taking you back to the domestic terminal where the hotel's shuttle bus serves.

Top notch service!

Pros: The service was excellent. Five star service. The fitness center was clean. There were great quality cardios and weight machines.
Cons: The one thing that we didn't like about this hotel is that we had to pay for parking, and parking spaces were limited and far from the main door.
We were in Atlanta for Thanksgiving and stayed at the Marriott for 3 nights. Travelling with two small children is always hard, but Marriott made it very accommodating. The service was top notch...from the front desk, the bell man, and especially the hotel restaurant staff. We had a comfortable stay- and even got to know the staff by name. Compliments to Etienne and Asia for helping us to start the day right with great service at the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Location: Outstanding Location nice and quiet area
Out of the many different hotels I stayed in this was one of the best with plenty of room for the both of us. The only down fall is if I had plan to stay 4-5 nights I would have love to have a frig.

It is a beautiful hotel

Pros: The hotel is state of the art, extremely neat and clean
Cons: Please invest in staff training it is imperative as the service is disappointing.
Service is extremely poor, please invest in staff training on excellent customer service. They did not have information about general stuff which we knew just being a day in the country. The lady at breakfast when asked for a cheque told us she was not our server and asked us who our server was. When requesting laundry service we were asked to go back and get the laundry and bring it down stairs, when we got back looking for the laundry we were told to go look in the room, we then phoned to say its not in the room and told to the come downstairs to look for it. This was my very first experience in 20yrs of traveling to experience such poor service, it was as though your staff does not want to be working for you or they have no motivation to do their jobs, please invest in them as this will impact the excellent level of the hotel as it is such a beautiful hotel. We however got two staff members who were so helpful even though they were not swift and quick but they had willingness to assist. You are in the service industry not property so service is imperative to compliment the well managed structure.
