Summer Vacation

Pros: Two thumbs up, up, and up!
Cons: The breakfast host was not organized.He didn't seat small groups (if tables are available) while larger groups waited for tables to accommodate size.
My husband, stepson, and myself stayed at this hotel while we were visiting the Coke museum, Legoland, and DCI competition. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Everyone was exceptional- definitely including the bartenders at Shula's. Thank you for a lovely time.

Very nice hotel, great Atlanta location

Pros: Proximity to mass transit, great shopping and Houston's restaurant.
Location: Lenox Mall, Phipps Mall, MARTA station takes you almost anywhere in Atlanta area.
Really nice check-in experience, appreciate the kind registration attendant. She had no KING beds available despite my advance purchase so was offered disability room. However, this room was large, top floor, access to a concierge room, and breakfast and internet was comped for 2 days. We enjoyed the outside pool and close access to MARTA. Houston's restaurant and Lenox Mall very close, 2 minutes walking. Very good hotel in a great location. Highly recommended.

Well-located hotel in Buckhead area of Atlanta

Pros: Location and convenience for my participation as a volunteer for the Peachtree Road Race on 7/4/15.
Cons: Additional charges that are normally included as part of the quoted hotel rate.
Location: Two outstanding shopping malls and numerous quality restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Everything was very good - except for an additional assessment of $24/day for parking.

Extremely loud

Location: Across street from Lenox mall
Doors slamming throughout entire halls at all times of the night, difficult to sleep. Seemed like lots of people there to party. Very poor sound insulation

Terribly Disappointed

This hotel was ridiculously priced for what you actually get. Self parking for $24 in Atlanta is beyond belief! After checking in and going to the room I found hair all over both beds and floor. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned. Due to it being so late, I tried to suck it up. However, I turned over a few pillows and pulled the sheets back and found a small spider. Look at my face! I called to inform the front desk. When I went down the front desk gave me another room key one floor up and rushed me on. The second room was cleaner but had an electrical problem with one of the lamps. In addition, my key card would not allow me to exit the parking garage! Needless to say, I was not impressed and will NEVER stay there again.

I paid $250/night + tax for the hotel. For that rate, I'd expect to have a safe and a minibar in the room which were not available. There was a water tank in the lobby but staff was taking it away every evening.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Location, cleanliness and good restaurant.
Cons: More extras and do not charge for internet. Also, valet parking seemed unusually high.
Location: Major mall and lots of restaurants.
The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. It would have been nice to have bottled water in the room and paying $13 for internet in this day and age seems strange and it would be a reason that I wouldn't go back. Overall though I would stay there again.

Excellent Staff vs. Party Noise

Pros: Terrific staff all the way around!: nice facility; location
Cons: Do not place other guests on the same floor with groups staying together who may be "partying"; in spite of the positives, will not stay here again.
Loud partying in the hallway (multiple rooms literally holding a party in the hall, including small children running up and down the hall screaming) woke me up at 11 p.m. as they seemed to be returning from an event. At midnight, with no sign of party abatement, I requested another (more deluxe)room and was given a quiet room on another floor; still lost most of a night"s sleep due to the move. The staff here was terrific in every way...very gracious...but this seems to be a party location....too bad..will be in the area often, but not willing to risk this again.
