“Great experience”

“Nice Hotel NOT Nice Service”

Hotel was very clean, comfort and great location for the convention. The staff at the front desk at check was terrible and very rude!! The resturant and bar staff also not helpful, very rude!!!

“Perfect Time”

There were a couple blips along the way, but the hotel came through with shining colors and overcame and surpassed my expectations. This hotel is very service oriented and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

“Very Nice”

No complaints about this hotel. Attended for a large conference and had no issues. Connected to public rail station so easy to get to from airport without excessive costs. Markings to and from hotel from station not clear so a bit confusing but all worked out.

“Impressive 40 plus story inside view.”

Impressive hotel and room but wait for elevator was always too long. I was staying on the 34th floor. My keycard did not work properly, it took too many tries to open door. They offered to change my room but I choose to put up with faulty key card. Good indoor / outdoor pool area and exercise room. Nice city view from high rise room.

Area recommendations

Shakespeare Tavern few blocks away offers excellent Shakespearean theatre.

It is easy to take Marta(subway) from Airport to Hotel.

“Very Happy”

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! No complaints with this trip at all! However, I do recommend buying the meals through Expedia- otherwise, it is VERY pricey!

“Wonderful experience.”

I met my sister, mom (84),and Aunt(92) in Atlanta. We stayed at the Marriot Marquis Downtown.All the staff was so nice. Everyone from the desk, to the valet, to the people welcoming you. They went out of their way to make sure my mom and aunt were comfortable and provided quick service for taxi service, room service, and dining. They loved the glass elevators !

Dining

I did note that one morning there were two customers in the dining area that were in power wheelchairs. The staff tried to find them an appropriate height table for their chairs but were not able. I am not sure what the outcome of this was, but I would like to see that they put in place some type of adjustable height table for future situations like this. These are easily folded and can be brought out as needed.
