Our flight was supposed to arrive in Atlanta at 7:00 PM on the night of our stay; in fact, for various reasons not attributable to us, we arrived at 3:00 AM. The hotel kept our room, and allowed us to stay until noon on the following day. Kudos.

I choose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I was only in town for the weekend. Friday night, I called at 8:15pm for the airport shuttle, called again a hour later. The reception said she didn't get the first call. An hour and a half wasted. Leaving Monday morning, at 8:20 I ask at the front desk for a shuttle, I am told "Oh its too late the call for one at 8:30 you'll have to wait until 9" I took an Uber at my expense. Don't waste your time with this hotel. It may be a half step up from Motel 6 but who needs to the attitude.

Our shuttle runs every half hour and sometimes they might be road works, accident or just ATL traffic whenever there is a delay which we apologize for in advance. We do care about all of our guest. If you came down at 8:23am the next shuttle time would be at 9am. At check I see that we when ahead and waived the 100. 00 incidental and the early fee of 35 for you to show appreciate to you for staying.

Why stay at a hotel near the airport? You are on a short trip and you want quick and easy access to the airport, the pickup to an hour. When I arrived at the hotel I was told by the front desk “I don’t know why it took so long, I didn’t get the call!” It was time to leave at 8:23am fire the airport, the front desk says “ oh it’s too late to call the shuttle for 8:30 you’ll have to wait until 9:00” I will never stay at this location ever again, It’s staff couldn’t care less.

Room not ready at 3pm check-in time. Told to wait in lobby and we would be told when room available. Cleaning of room would be expedited. After about 30 minutes, I inquired at desk and was told room was ready and then was checked in.

Staff was friendly and knowledgable, decent breakfast buffet. Never got hot water in bathroom sink, carpet was torn and poor patch job. Now time shuttle service to airport. Yes we would stay there again. Next year will become a Marriott property.

Overall for the price it was good. I didn’t understand the housekeeping it was different for our 3 rooms on different floors. Maybe they need a checklist. They did take out the trash and provide new towels. There was not many restaurants nearby but we were out anyways. The breakfast was great there were different options. It was really close to the highway.

This hotel is very run down and dirty. My feet were black after walking around on the carpet. The carpet had sticky spots as well. The dresser was falling apart and you could hear the planes taking off even with a sound machine on. The staff were friendly but the hotel is filthy. Pool was closed during our stay as well. Parking cost an extra $10 as well. About 11mins from the airpor but I will not stay here again
